Our experience at Or Hotel was a nightmare, the room was smelling mold, uncomfortable bed and pillow and the worst part without sound insulation, impossible to sleep because the avenue where the hotel is located is crowded with bars and noisy. The furniture is old, the window in the bathroom was not closing, collaborating for the noise be in the bedroom. my advice: don’t book it!!!! The hotel is well located in boca grande, but with a similar price you can stay at Oz hotel, or the new hotels in boca grande.

Stay Away
I didn’t stay in this hotel and I wouldn’t, I charged two drinks on a street vendor and was charged for my inicial bill and for something I never had. When I checked the source there was somebody else complaining about the same thing from this hotel, maybe they’re accomplices ? For sure they’re using the same account but doesn’t justify the fraud. Try paying cash with small vendors.

Worst hotel in a long time !
I was given a blind room : No window, no air renewal, but noises from the corridor ! + Was asked for a supplement, for a one hour visitor Last but nol least, when checking out : Was billed an extra 2,000 pesos for water consumption !!!

basic hotel, cheap, basic but good breakfast, Centrally located, excellent staff make sure you do not take a room in front of the street the noise is horrible the rooms need to be improved, the horrible thing was the sheets and towels stained disgusting

Good price, not great location and needs some training and updates
The hotel was very cheap for what it was. However, they have room for improvement. The sheets were tattered and stained. The water from the tub reeked of sulfur. The staff would often yell across the hotel to get each others attention, which was a bit of a rude awakening. The breakfast had some moldy bread and warm milk and rotten fruit. We never went into the hotel, but it was really small. The front desk were helpful and friendly and the rooms were large and comfortable.
