This is a great location. Everything is a short walk away and the beach is like 40 steps away. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only gripe was the noise from the main road which the hotel honestly can't control. If you are taking the ocean view room, I recommend taking the higher floor for a good ocean view.

Good short stay and deal through Costco.
Great location, a couple blocks to the beach. We chose the city view room, which wasn't the best view to sit out on the lanai. We were at the corner so next to a building. Across the street from Kona Purveyors (my favorite place to grab coffee and delicious pastries) Very convenient location with a built in convenience store and not too noisy/busy from the main strip. Rooms were clean, beds were ok, water pressure wasn't great through the hand held shower hose, daily housekeeping, and Free daily Yoga with Phoenix was a plus! Pool is small, kids were often playing in it. Didn't use it because of that. All the staff were helpful and friendly-especially Nolan at the valet. Elevators may take a while, a few of them were out of service for a while during our stay. The resort fee includes free use of beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties, body/paddle boards. The beach rental is a bit of a walk at the end of the strip near Twin Fin hotel. Beach has an inclosed area with retaining walls so no heavy tides coming in. Great for kids or people that don't really swim. Not too far to lug the things to the beach. Would recommend on a budget.

Hotel Renew Honeymoon Stay
My husband and I selected Hotel Renew for our honeymoon. The location was amazing! One block away from Waikiki beach and the main strip. The front desk staff was super welcoming and helpful with any requests we had. Our room was a corner balcony. While we enjoyed having the balcony, the views from our window were even better. Room was cozy and the bed was comfy. We will stay here again next time we visit Oahu!

Enjoyable vacation
Block from Honolulu zoo and St Augustine by the Sea church, walkable to Kuhio Beach, tons of food choices, and mostly convenient shopping

Great stay
Very friendly staff, reasonably priced rooms good location just minutes walk from the beach and near the zoo. Clean spacious rooms equipped with mini fridge and airconditioning. Valet parking available. Cafe with great matcha drinks musubis on site. Convienience store next door.
