Most of the staff are kind, but they don't speak Japanese. There was a Japanese staff in the cafe. It was reasonable and comfortable, close to Waikiki Beach and bus stops. Unfortunately, there is no power supply near the bed, and there is only one chair. Some people may be concerned about the sound of air conditioning. The good thing is that the shower room is bright and there is a bathtub. The amenities provided were also comfortable to use.

Yes, the location was central to so many things! The hotel was in a great location with beautiful views of the ocean. The room was clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Waikiki Gem
Hotel Renew is in a perfect location on one end of Waikiki, with easy access to everything you could need for your trip. The room is a standard hotel room, but the view on the ocean side is amazing. For the price, you will not find anything remotely close. The cafe in the lobby is great and the staff is very friednly and helpful. Cannot reccomend enough if you just want somewhere nice to come back to in between, or after, all of your adventures on O'ahu.

Wonderful
Everything about the hotel was wonderful except for the room interior and furniture. Everything looked tired and in the need of an upgrade. However, It was very clean. Otherwise five stars!
