    Excellent service, excellent customer service. The manger Mr. Almanza the reception was very helpful. Hotel was clean.

    Excellent customer service, very clean and the breakfast was amazing. Would stay there again without question. Loved every minute. Pool was also amazing. Just book you will love it. Stayed 3/1-3/7- 2025. I hope this review help you to make a decision you will not regret.

    Excellent service

    Staff was well mannered, food was satisfactory, the aesthetics of the room was good and the location of the hotel was central that allowed great city view and close proximity to places of interest. I'd definitely stay here again soon!

    Good Hotel & Good Location

    The Hotel was excellent, very good location, clean and good service specially the breakfast buffet included with you stay. The only thing I found odd was that the Pool CLOSE at 8:00 pm, too early for been a Hotel in a Latin Country like Panama, and the Bar area around the Pool close at 11:00 PM

    Great Customer service at the front desk, the breakfast was out of this world, and the service was great all around, from the valley to the lady who cleaned the rooms, all around great service, thank you.I Love your Hotel, I gladly will stay there again, great service. Thank you

    Beautiful hotel!

    Awesome place to stay! The staff is great, the dining options on site are varied. We had dinner one evening by the pool. The free breakfast is stunning, you won't believe how much food they have. Our room was a 1 bedroom suite on the 21st floor. The review was stunning! Excellent location. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel. The dining have an airport shuttle for a fee and it's lower than what taxis charge to go to and from the hotel.
