    Laura was so great..👍!!!

    Laura was very welcoming and she wanted so much to make sure our dining experience was so good. Laura was always available when we wanted any additions to our meal and she really made us feel so welcome....5 stars all round!!!!

    I'm passing by with a friend, we even stopped for dinner, we were served by Miss Laura very kind and professional, we ordered a ceasar salad and a steak each to finish with dessert, a gin and tonic and wine, all very good, I recommend this place.

    Amazing

    We had an amazing experience in the hotel and want give a good review to the waitress that served us our desserts. Her name is Laura, she was so friendly, sweet and very professional. 10/10 service!!!!

    A recommendation for the Gresham

    We were delighted with our stay at the Gresham . Location was good. The room was perfect for what we wanted. We had everything we needed . Plenty of staff . They were helpful in Reception and the service in the bar area was prompt and friendly .

    Excellent Hotel

    Well what can i say, from the look of the hotel outside on arrival to the time for us to leave, what an absolute wonderful stay, on arrival were met by pleasant and welcoming staff, who pointed us into the correct queue to use for checking in, the whole process took less than 5 minutes, as we were early we were asked if we had any luggage we would like to leave in the luggage room. the rooms were spacious and spotless, with plenty of cloth hangers and space to hang clothes and tea and coffees. comfortable beds for a good nights sleep even though we were facing the busy O'Connell st we could not hear any noise from outside. the breakfast was excellent, from being shown to out table we were asked Tea or Coffee, we were then brought a large pot of tea for us both, plenty of choice on both cooked and cold selection, staff were very friendly and helpful
