Oct 07, 2026Awesome Dublin hotel
The Gresham is a fabulous hotel. The location is excellent as it’s within easy walking distance of central Dublin. The atmosphere is very luxurious with a nice restaurant and great bar area. There is plenty of comfortable seating for a nightcap. The rooms are very nice size ( I had a king) and there is good shelf space in the bathroom for all my toiletries. The included breakfast is amazing. Any food you can imagine for breakfast. There are two breakfast areas so it never seemed over crowded. The service is excellent. My room was cleaned so well and quickly every day. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. It’s an excellent value for the money and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good, especially the staff.
Just back home after a 3 night stay at The Gresham. Perfect location, very central. Excellent room, very clean and spacious. Serviced daily. Very substantial and varied breakfast, would set anyone up for a day exploring this wonderful city. Lovely bar serving excellent food but a special mention must go to the staff, especially Deborah the lovely lady who served us each evening, she was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and full of Irish charm and character, the hotel and the city should be proud of her. Next time we're in Dublin we will stay at the Gresham. Cab to the airport about 20 euros.

Warm, Caring and Exceptional Service
From the moment I arrived at the Riu Dublin, the service was exceptional. The staff at the hotel entrance welcomed me warmly, guided me to where I needed to go, and kindly helped me with my family luggage. At the front desk, Korinna was wonderful—friendly, patient, and always willing to explain everything with a smile. I would also like to extend a special thank-you to the maintenance team. My rental car stopped working (didn't know how properly work) and even though helping me was not part of their responsibilities, several team members came over and patiently did everything they could to help me get the car into the parking area. Their kindness meant so much to me. The housekeeping staff also deserves recognition. Whenever I saw them in the hallways, they always greeted me with genuine smiles and warmth. From the day I arrived until the day I left, every member of the team was attentive, kind, and willing to help. Their genuine warmth made my experience truly special. Words cannot fully express my gratitude. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel—and especially its extraordinary staff—100%.

We Want to Go Again!
This is an awesome hotel in a prime location! It is walking distance from almost everything (and nearby bus and train stops take you to everything else). Rooms are bright, airy, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast spread is incredible, with more than anyone could ask or want. Staff was attentive and helpful. The lobby areas are gorgeous, especially the glasswork in the atrium ceiling. Our stay in Dublin makes we want to visit other Riu properties!
