    Wonderful Stay at Hotel Theodore

    A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Theodore – Highly Recommend! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Theodore in Seattle! This charming hotel offers a wonderful combination of comfort, exceptional service, and an unbeatable location. Our room was nicely appointed, although a bit on the smaller side, with limited counter space for toiletries. The bathroom, however, featured a spacious shower with excellent water pressure and almost instant hot water—a definite plus! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. One suggestion would be to consider a room with a smaller bed rather than a king, as the rooms are understandably compact given the historic nature of the building. The hotel staff deserves special recognition. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Another highlight was the hotel's coffee bar. My husband ordered a vanilla latte, and I had a cappuccino. Both were absolutely delicious—honestly, some of the best coffee drinks we've enjoyed in quite some time! The location is another major advantage. Hotel Theodore is conveniently situated within easy walking distance of excellent shopping, public transportation, and many of Seattle's popular attractions. It's an ideal home base for exploring the city. Overall, Hotel Theodore delivers a delightful boutique hotel experience with comfortable accommodations, wonderful hospitality, outstanding coffee, and a fantastic location. Despite the smaller rooms, we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend Hotel Theodore for anyone visiting Seattle!

    Great Staff!!!

    Great location in the middle of everything! I had a smaller room but being that the hotel has been around for a century I can understand that a few if them will be. A not so proud moment for me was when I had trouble figuring out my bill the assistant manager walked me through it a couple of times without letting feel like I was as stupid as I felt. She was a true pro. This was my second stay at this property and there will be many more.

    Loved this hotel!

    I stayed here for 3 nights for a conference. I arrived early on check-in day. Kristy at the front desk was super kind and helped me get into a room as soon as possible. The Rival restaurant in the building was a great and I had lunch there while I waited and charged the meal to my room to leverage my food & beverage credit. My room was large, comfortable and quiet - the quiet surprised me and it made me so happy! The bathroom was tiny and I had to use the toilet surfaces for counter space because there was virtually none, but it was only a minor inconvenience. The hotel is so close to the convention center, Pike Place, the Space Needle, etc. I walked everywhere and felt totally safe. I would definitely stay here again!

    A Great Home Base for Downtown Seattle

    Comfortable, spacious room with excellent Wi-Fi, a wet bar, and a movable worktable that made working easy. Walking distance to the convention center, dining, and shopping. Friendly staff, quick service, and a cozy vibe. I'd definitely return.
