Three nights ago I stayed at Hotel Villa Americana and found it esthetically pleasing, comfortable, spacious and clean. I left a blouse there by accident and didn't realize this until later that night already hours from Managua. Today I was in Managua for a half an hour at the Nicabus station waiting for my bus to leave for San Jose. I called the hotel and the sent out a taxi with my blouse. This may not sound like much, but for me it was; I travel very light and needed to wear this blouse the next day to work in a school in San Jose. I was faced with either dressing inappropriately or trying to buy another blouse quickly at the border or ? So I am sold and look forward to staying here again when I return to Managua. Thank you Hotel Villa Americana!

The title says it all. I do not need to stay in a 5-star hotel when I travel, especially to Nicaragua. For this price, this is a great deal! You get A/C, which is hard to find sometimes in Nica at the cheaper places to stay, and they clean your room daily. And the free breakfast that comes with this deal is amazing. - Nicaraguan cuisine or American food. I had pancakes for 10 straight days when I stayed here and they were excellent! The staff recognizes me every time I come back to stay with them. I would recommend it if you are looking for a bit cheaper of a place, but still want the essentials of A/C, WiFi, good breakfast, and (possible) hot water shower.

This is my first when coming to Managua. The staff is very friendly and they always make me feel at home. Next door is the poets cafe and they offer a variety for breakfast but I prefer the nica. I will continue to stay here as it has become my home away from home.

Comfortable
A very pleasant comfortable stay. While located a bit of a way away from the airport, villa americano offers a very comfortable place to stay. There are restaurants within walking distance as well as cafe poeta for breakfast I have stayed here several times and continue to enjoy each one if them I will return

A perfect business hotel in Managua
The location is perfect, within walking distance to many of the best restaurants and bars in Managua. It is also peacefull, quiet and very safe! Staff is friendly, has been there for a long time and extremely honest, I have forgotten valuables in my room before going out and they have always been left untouched! Service is very friendly and rooms spacious. Good wi fi service throughout the facility. A great place to stay if you are on a business trip.
