  Great Experience

  First off Fabiola at check in and Feliciano at pool bar were by far the most amazing people I came across on staff there! Now, the property is beautiful! Yes things are spaced out and you can get lost but it is beautiful. Make sure to get a map of the property because even with signs a few of the restaurants are hard to find. Be patient because most guest have NO consideration for others n just cut in line and don’t care about others while at the buffet or bar. The only real issue I have is I was hoping for a bigger beach. The beach space is small and limited however, I’m sure there is a reason for it. I did like staying here over occidental because it was much easier with transportation to the parks. Overall I enjoyed this resort but if you’re not gonna take advantage of the parks being included I would not stay here.

  WARNING TO OTHER TRAVELERS — OUR EXPERIENCE WITH MEXICO DESTINATION CLUB

  Please be extremely careful before agreeing to a promotional presentation with Mexico Destination Club. We were offered promotions and gifts for attending what was represented to us as a 90-minute presentation. Our experience was very different. What was supposed to be 90 minutes turned into most of an entire day, taking away valuable vacation time. When we decided not to proceed with the purchase/negotiation, we were told that the promotional benefits and gifts would be taken away and could become subject to charges. This was not how we understood the offer when we agreed to attend. We ultimately lost an entire day of our vacation dealing with this situation. We are now fighting to recover our full down payment/deposit. We have been patient, cooperative, and have provided the requested information. Despite this, we continue to receive conflicting information, additional requirements, and delays. Our communications with Jorge Daniel Ciau Trujillo have been especially frustrating. We have repeatedly attempted to resolve this matter, but the process continues to be delayed. We have preserved all emails, communications, and supporting documentation. We are prepared to provide the complete record to consumer-protection authorities and anyone reviewing our complaint. OUR ADVICE TO TRAVELERS: Do not rely solely on verbal promises. Before attending, get in writing: • Exactly how long the presentation will take. • Exactly what gifts and promotions you will receive. • What happens to those promotions if you decline the offer. • Whether any “free” gifts can later result in charges. • The complete cancellation and refund terms. • Exactly how and when your deposit will be refunded. Our experience has cost us money, time, and an entire vacation day. We are seeking the full return of our down payment/deposit and compensation for the lost vacation day. Travelers deserve clear terms, transparency, and straightforward answers—not conflicting information and obstacles when they ask for their money back. This review is based on our personal experience and the documentation we have retained.

  Had a great experience at Azul Nogada! Gerardo, our server, was so attentive and friendly. We would highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a delicious Puebla inspired meal.

  Best Resort- You Must See!

  Hotel Xcaret México is breathtaking. The natural landscapes, the architecture, the way the property sits in the jungle and along the water—it truly felt like a dream. The hotel is immersed in Mexican culture; you feel it everywhere, from the design and details to the food, music, and the genuine warmth of the people. From the moment we arrived, suite-level check-in was effortless. Our room was stacked with upgrades and beauty, including a steam-room shower that we used every day. Everything felt thoughtful and luxurious without being stuffy. The staff is what made the stay unforgettable. Everyone was so helpful, and several people went far beyond. Our butler team—Alejander, Rosy, and Betty—made the entire stay easy and enjoyable. They anticipated what we needed, handled details before we even asked, and treated us like family. We felt taken care of in the best way. At Xentral, Geraldo was so fun that we sat in his section every single day. He made meals something we looked forward to, not just another restaurant stop. Food options were excellent and varied—plenty of choices so no one got bored. The spa staff was amazing; do the hydrotherapy. It was one of the highlights of the trip. If you’re looking for a place that combines natural beauty, Mexican culture you can actually feel, genuine hospitality, and all-inclusive ease, Hotel Xcaret México delivers. We left already talking about coming back
