  Xcaret Mexico

  Xcaret Mexico has been one of the biggest resort I have ever been to. It's my first time there, it took me 2 days to adjust to finding my ways around the resort. The resort is clean and people working there are friendly and helpful. My trip experience has been made so much better with the help of my concierge Citlally Amezola. She is friendly, proactive and super helpful. She helps me book and reschedule restaurant reservation, modify tour reservation, arrange ride to the airport, reschedule kayak booking. She also offer me an opportunity to attend a breakfast info session to learn what more Xcaret can offer me.

  Spectacular All Inclusive Resort

  Everything about this hotel is spectacular. The location, the architecture, the luxury, the food, the service, the rooms, the organization, cleanliness…everything. It’s probably the best all inclusive resort I’ve been in my life. The only thing that could be improved is the resort maps (including the app) and signaling to make it easier to find restaurants, etc.

  Hotel Xcaret

  My partner and I have just come back from our trip to Hotel Xcaret in Mexico, and honestly, we’re struggling to put into words just how incredible the whole experience was. Having the all fun inclusive package was well worth the money when booking as you were not short for things to do and every park you would go to come included plus the travel there and back which were very short journeys. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so special. Our room and the views were absolutely breathtaking, the activities were amazing, and everywhere we went, the staff were so friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring, especially Alex, Rolando and the rest of the staff from Fuego. It wasn’t just a holiday — it felt like an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives. But there is one person who deserves a very special mention — our butler, Edgar. I genuinely cannot hype this man up enough. ❤️ Edgar went so far above and beyond for us that he completely changed our holiday. He was always there when we needed him, always one step ahead and he always seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even had to ask. His attention to detail, kindness and personality made such a huge difference to our experience. There are people who do a job, and then there are people who genuinely care about the people they are looking after — Edgar is absolutely the latter. We honestly couldn’t have experienced Xcaret in the same way without him. He made us laugh, made us feel looked after, and gave us memories that we will genuinely treasure forever. He’s an absolute credit to Xcaret and deserves every bit of recognition for the incredible service and care he gave us. Edgar, if you ever get to read this, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are an absolute credit to Xcaret, and without a doubt, the best of the best. We feel incredibly lucky that we got to have you as our butler. We couldn’t of had a more personalised experience ❤️ To everyone at Xcaret — thank you for giving us a holiday we will never forget. And to Edgar — you didn’t just look after us, you made our holiday Amigo. We will definitely be back. Until then, we’ll be talking about this trip for years to come. 🇲🇽❤️

  Mexican Disney

  Overall, this was an excellent stay. If you're thinking about staying here, and you don't mind paying the price, then I highly recommend it. You will not feel disappointed. It feels very Disney… Think Animal Kingdom Lodge. From the moment you arrive at the hotel, you know it's going to be something special. You're greeted with a cooling towel and ice lollies, and all the staff are smiling. It's a good start. The hotel boasts stunning aesthetics. They’ve definitely put a lot of thought into the overall design. Offering plenty of room, the accommodations are distinct and, above all, spotless. The hotel is massive, though, so you should know getting around isn't always simple. We got lost a few times, and if there's one thing I think they could improve, it would be the signage. A few more signs pointing you in the right direction wouldn't go amiss. The restaurants are marvellous and probably deserve a review of their own. The food was simply delicious, and the variety was off the charts. There is so much choice that you're never going to struggle to find something you like. Of course, you also get access to all the parks and much more included with your stay. This includes the ferry to Isla Mujeres, all part of the All-Fun Inclusive package, and that's a lot. Yes, it's pricey to stay at this hotel, but when you consider what's included, it starts to make a lot more sense. You're getting an all-inclusive stay with some of the best food, access to the parks and their activities, and even the ferry to another island. If you picked another hotel, you'd be paying separately for all these extras, and possibly staying somewhere that isn't anywhere near as good. There is one thing I would avoid, though, and that's paying the exorbitant fee for the sit-down meal accompanying the Xcaret México Espectacular at the Gran Tlachco theatre. The show itself is brilliant and included with your stay. But the food is below standard, and the seats aren't particularly good. For the price they're asking for the meal, it's simply not worth it, not even at half the price in my opinion. But that's a relatively small criticism of what was otherwise a fantastic stay. In summary, I think a good sign of any experience is when you come away thinking, I'd definitely do that again. To which I can honestly say: I would, and I will.
