Lacking hospitality

To begin I asked for a room on a lower level because 2 flights of stairs are an issue for me, I was told no, and not because the hotel was full. So many times per day was up and down those stairs. After coming in my first day I found all the power off, down the stairs, then found the wifi also off so back down again. The wifi was an issue for the 3 days there. Noise from other guests loud in the room. No bottled water or glasses. Close to beaches but no good coffee within a 15 minute walk. I would not return should I go back to Huatulco.

No es la mejor opción en Hualtulco

La gente que te atiende es amable pero tienen un problema administrativo, el gerente es grosero. Las toallas no son suficientes, en las habitaciones solo ponen dos, mismas que tienes que usar para secarte las manos, no hay suficientes toallas para la alberca, nosotros éramos 8 y solo tenían 4. El aire acondicionado no se puede regular, o mueres de frío o mueres de calor. Al final de la estancia nos “prestaron” las instalaciones hasta las 3 para estar en el área de alberca en lo que salíamos hacia el aeropuerto pero igual no nos quisieron prestar toallas, me parece que es lo mínimo que cualquier hotel hace.

The absolute worst

Stayed here for 2 nights! Pool under repair and closed. Bugs everywhere, not clean. Old & tired! A/C very intermittent. Hot water in shower almost not existent and barely Luke warm. Only 2 towels. I’d never stay here again. Internet was horrible.

Excelente para 5 o 6.

El hotel es solo para dormir, tiene habitaciones triples con 3 camas matrimoniales muy espaciosas donde aceptan hasta 6 pax. CON AIRE ACONDICIONADO, un baño muy grande y todo lo necesario para descansar a gusto. Cerca de todo, enfrente de Chedraui, Cinépolis a pasos de Bancos y del muelle Santa Cruz como a 500metros. Y al lado un OXXO. 2 Albercas para llegar del tour o la playa a tirarse un clavado y de ahí a descansar. Buena atención y limpieza. Excelente relación precio - calidad

Hotel Xestalito

En nuestro viaje de vacaciones encontramos lugar en el Xestalito y la verdad es un lugar muy cómodo para descansar, su alberca muy bien para que los niños rematen el día, a un lado de una tienda comercial por si hay que comprar algo y muy cerca del centro de la Crucecita, la atención muy buena.
