We highly recommend the Hyatt Central in Madrid. Service, food, and room were excellent. As English-speaking guests, we had no difficulty getting our questions answered by staff, including the quaint first-floor restaurant.

Excellent facilities and great staff
Attended for a work meeting: All hotel staff were great. Friendly and helpful. There didn't seem to be many bar staff around in the evenings. The conference facilities were great and the team on-hand to organise/ensure everything ran smoothly were excellent - thankyou - cannot rate this team highly enough

Perfect central location
Hyatt Centric Gran Vía Madrid is in a truly perfect location—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The atmosphere can feel quite crowded, especially in the lobby, but the fantastic rooftop bar more than makes up for it with stunning views and a great vibe. One downside is the lift situation: partly broken and very slow, which can be frustrating. That said, the rooms are super nice, clean, and comfortable, with amazing views over Madrid. Value is okay—it’s a bit expensive, but you’re really paying for the unbeatable location. Service throughout the stay was excellent, with staff who were attentive and professional. Overall, a stylish and central choice with a few quirks.
