Dec 03, 2024There's a good reason why the Hyatt is a highly ranked hotel
The room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. I had a nice view to the Gran Via street. In room Nespresso machine with capsules along with complimentary snacks. The breakfast was AMAZING. There's your standard premium continental buffet, which was very good on it's own, but to top it, there's also an "a la carte" menu (for no extra cost) which was spectacular. I only wish I had at least one more day (or 3 hours 😁) to go through all the things on it.

Excellent City Hotel
This hotel has a great location . All the sites/ shops / restaurants are in walking distance . The hotel itself provides an elegant respite from this busy city . The staff are exemplary from the Door staff/ reception/ the roof top waiters with a special mention to Cristina at the Front of House who made our visit seamless. This included our unexpected return to the hotel due to Storm Bert preventing us flying home. She very quickly re booked us , upgraded us and gave us complimentary drinks and snacks which did go a long way to ease our stress . The hotel itself is immaculately clean , and nicely appointed . The Roof top bar is a fabulous retreat . It provides great views over the city and has a terrific ambience. We will definitely return when visiting Madrid .

Great location and good experience
Had a great stay at the hotel. It is well located in the shopping district. Walking distance to great cafes and restaurants. The roof-top bar was nice as well. The double room was big, spacious, and clean. The only complaint is that the water gets really hot and hard to find the ideal temperature. Buffet breakfast was great as well and had many options. Overall the hotel was great and can't beat the location it is in.

Great location in Madrid
This is a comfortable hotel in a perfect area of Madrid with fantastic service and well equipped rooms. Room service was delicious. Across the board all the people that work here are exceptional. Has a wonderful rooftop lounge with great views- shout out to Angie who was so helpful with Madrid tips. Will definitely return on our next visit to Madrid.

oasis within Madrid
came here on a business trip to Madrid, the hotel is wonderful, great staff great rooms, great bathrooms and showers. The breakfast was good too, a good selection of buffet, as well as a-la-cart. will definitely go back, but this time I will bring my wife.
