Great place to stay
Great location, right in the middle of Grand Via. The food is great especially the breakfast. The room is big and high ceiling.

Hyatt Madrid
Loved this hotel! Great location! I stayed here for about a week and every other day I would get a little treat in the room which was so sweet! When I checked in, I had to wait a little bit which was fine because I was early, so I sat in the lobby having a cappuccino. I was so tired from coming in from Los Angeles so grateful I only had to wait about an hour. The room is nice and spacious for a hotel in Europe and so is the bathroom, so normal to me, which was excellent! The people here are so nice! Customer service is just amazing! I ate breakfast once, so many choices, it was amazing, I am just not a breakfast person, but I had to try it once. I also had dinner at the restaurant once. I believe it was on the third floor, maybe second. OMG. I wanted to get the same meal every night, but I controlled myself. The meat just came right off the bone. I don’t remember what it was called but they cook it for more than 24 hours and there is a picture attached. Short rib possibly? Anyway, it was delicious. I also went to the rooftop one night for dinner and drinks once. It is beautiful up there. The smoking area door kept opening and blowing smoke on me, which was annoying. The food was OK up there. It’s more about the cocktails and the view. View is good. Ok. Interesting. At the end, there were some charges on my room that were not mine so double check your folio when you leave. That’s not on them. That’s on some sneaky person. They were also very helpful when I could not find an Uber so I made sure to get a taxi through them for the airport the next day. I wish I had gotten more pictures of the room. It was gorgeous! I would definitely stay here again!

WONDERFUL HOTEL
This hotel is so nice it got me to switch from Hilton first to Hyatt first. The people are so very nice here, and the Diana Roof Top Bar is amazing. The lounge is very nice as well. We had a suite and it had the master bath with a tub and shower and a 2nd bath with a shower. It makes getting ready so much easier and quicker. Because of a snowstorm in the US, we returned for two additional nights here. The rooms are nice, well kept, and cleaned daily. It's in easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. If you're staying in Madrid this should be #1 on your list.

Great hotel, perfect location
Great location, everybody working at the hotel was very helpful and friendly, very comfortable rooms with AC and not noisy.
