Relaxing Home Away From Home
Clean, modern boutique hotel. Friendly staff and efficient check-in and check-out process. Complimentary beach chairs/umbrellas for outings. Great, relaxing home away from home. Great views and amenities throughout with gym, Jacuzzi, and wading pool. Looking forward to our next stay.

Incredible
I am writing to share some feedback regarding our recent stay at the Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach in Honolulu, Hawaii. Tess did an amazing job during our stay. Teresa really went above and beyond for my family to make sure our stay was comfortable. She made sure we had all the necessary supplies and ensured our room was cleaned very thoroughly. I had absolutely no complaints. Tess was very friendly and very nice, always with a beautiful smile on her face. She acknowledged every guest that walked by and even asked me if there was anything else needed to make me and my kids feel comfortable. She did a phenomenal job with me and my children and truly deserves to see this message. I will definitely be back, and I can’t wait to tell my friends and family about how much she made our stay so enjoyable. Tess did a great job and is a great asset to the company.

Rooms are clean, but not enough drying or hanging options after beachdays m wumithe wet gear. Orientation is a bit confusing in thw beginning with lobby parking.. Friendly staff good distance to beach and plenty of food options nearby. Be aware of secondary costs like parking and resort fees which can easily add 500 USD to a 4 night stay.
- AdvisorySmoking Penalty of $250 charged to the guest per incident. If after two consecutive incidents the guests will be relocated at guest's expense.
- Advisory"Covered parking is available to registered guests. The current Valet parking fee is $45.00 + tax, per day & self-parking fee is $42.00 + tax, per day (collected by the hotel), which includes in/out privileges. No vans or oversized vehicles.
