It's a beautiful place but severely lacking in atmosphere if you visit in spring/summer. It must be wonderful in the ski season. the rooms are well appointed, the spa is lovely, but there was very limited food and beverage service available.

We stayed right in the heart of the village and loved it. The village is full of shops and restaurants and if your lucky live music. We loved being able the sit on our balcony and people watch. The go dam and chair lift rides are an easy walk from the center of the village We can’t wait to stay here again.

Feb 04, 2019Worst customer service ever
We’re staying at Seasons building 3 (1847 unit) and phoned 5 times to complain about the upstairs neighbor doing renovations until 11:30 pm each night (unit 1851). Moving furniture, pounding on the floor and obviously working into the late hours. We called 5 times to complain. After we complained the situation got worse. The upstairs occupants obviously weren’t happy w us and began jumping up and down on the floor. I phoned so again and the police finally phoned me back and said there was nothing they could do. Sweet vacation atmosphere for our family including two children under 5. Guess we’ll spend our vacation dollars elsewhere in the future. Truly disappointing.

christmas carols
we have stayed in the village twice, once in the willows and once at the lodge, what an experience of a lifetime, headed back for third time, stay of course with view to frozen skate frt lake, horse dinner rides , snowmobiling, skating the lake, walking the shops, hot chocolate, ice carvings, but most of all the kids coming by and singing christmas carols!!!!

Aug 06, 2018Reality doesn't match brochures/website descriptions of rooms and activity packages
Three times during our 2 night stay we've encountered differences between rooms and packages as advertised, vs. what we're given and what the hospitality workers seem to understand. We booked a "Premier" room supposedly remodeled w/in past two years and should've included a balcony or deck -- nope. The agents on the phone who sold it promise things that aren't delivered. Once that was remedied our mountain biking packages/lift tickets also weren't as advertised, and the workers seemed surprise. "It says here on p. 7 that such and such is included." If you advocate and push them and check your bill, its OK but it seems uncoordinated and false advertising, intentional or not.
