Aug 14, 2026Good, but a couple of issues
We had a couple of issues: First, the kitchen had a difficult time keeping the coffee urn filled at breakfast. I suspect that the kitchen folks were not monitoring it. Second, I was at the bar and had to wait a while to be helped. Apparently, the desk clerk was also the bartender. Short staffing issues?

Aug 09, 2026Ruined 20th Anniversary…
Our room was not ready at check-in time, leading to us not being able to check-in until after our evening plans, by which time our room had been given away to other guests. We were offered an upgrade to a premium room which ended feeling like a downgrade comparedy to what we booked. We were also comped breakfast, but were severely disappointed but what was the worst continental breakfast we have ever seen. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and it was frustrating to have this part of our trip be such a tremendous disappointment.

Aug 06, 2026The clean above average experience, Hyatt is known for
I stayed here even though I don’t live too far away in Salt Lake City for a concert in Park city and didn’t want to drive down the canyon at night especially after a few adult beverages. I was a little skeptical because most of my midday hotels recently have been somewhat lackluster and disappointing so I wasn’t sure if I was gonna have a poor sleep and feel like I wasted my money anyways, but it couldn’t be further from the truth. By far, the cleanest midscale hotel, I’ve been in years. No weird crumbs anywhere, every surface properly dusted, it’s just so refreshing actually having a clean hotel room. The breakfast was also above average with cage free brown eggs and other whole foods not some watery, sad leftovers, and this was even after popping up to breakfast a little bit later in the day - they kept it very well stocked. This definitely made me reconsider getting loyal with Hyatt because the experience, especially at this price point, was way above the normal standard we are used to these days. Finally as a local that I can confirm this is a convenient location minutes away from everything you would want to do in Park city or the surrounding area.

Great weekend get away!
Great little spot and helpful employees. Everything was as expected and up to what I’d expect from a Hyatt! I was surprised the breakfast wasn’t included with our rate!

Great stay
The staff were super friendly and made everything feel easy from the moment I checked in. My room was really clean, which I appreciated, and I loved that they had a robe waiting. The location was great too, close to everything I wanted to get to without any hassle. Overall, it was a smooth, comfy stay and I’d definitely come back.
