The overall experience was disappointing, especially for how much this stay cost. The casino felt unprofessional—the dealers didn’t even seem to know how to properly count chips. I was also told I’d receive a $100 daily credit and free breakfast, but none of that appeared on my bill. The rooms weren’t great either; the beds were uncomfortable, and most of the food was mediocre. Breakfast was the only meal that was decent. The ice cream/coffee shop was terrible, and the on-site shops were underwhelming. There was also very little for kids to do, especially compared to what other resorts offer. Honestly, I would much rather go back to Baha Mar. The food, service, and family-friendly activities there are far superior. This stay felt very “meh,” and I left feeling like I could have stayed in Florida and had a better experience—especially for the price.

Must visit Aruba!
The Hyatt Regency Aruba Spa & Resort is a must get away for couples and families. Everyone is so friendly the food options in and around the resort are absolutely fabulous.

Aruba-One Happy Island-at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Resort and Casino on Palm Beach!
We just returned from one week at the Beautiful Hyatt Regency Aruba resort and casino. This is a beautiful property with a wonderful staff. The room was very comfortable, the beaches were clean and beautiful as were the pool areas. Aruba has such beautiful weather and we enjoyed warm, sunny weather each day. I would definitely recommend this resort and would stay there again in the future.

This was our first time staying at the Hyatt Regency in Aruba. All staff we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the overall property is beautiful! Loved the coffee shop and also enjoyed breakfast & lunch on the property. Will definitely stay at the Hyatt again.
