Birthday Blessing

Wonderful visit during the week of 10 September. An awesome hotel from the grounds, pools and amenities offered. I want to focus on the breakfast buffet offered, it was amazing, would like to shout out servers Dolores and Consuelo. September 12th was my birthday and they put together a birthday surprise at my table without anyone asking. Dolores read my TShirt and took it from there. It was a total surprise and a blessing with singing, cattle bells, mini cake and waiters participating. Needless to say they blessed my day and made it special. Thanks, Dolores and Consuelo.

Highly recommended...

The Hyatt was highly recommended and didn't disappoint. The Hyatt had everything we needed, there was really no reason to leave the premises. We had a great time and plan to go back next year.

Amazing experience , beautiful hotel , awesome staff

Amazing place to visit. Beautiful ocean, beautiful pools and room views. The staff was pleasant everywhere ; greeted us with champagne and gave my 3 year old some beach toys while checking in. Will definitely go back. And a side note : they’re very eco - conscious ( the food boxes and straws on the beach and pool are compostable ) if you’re into that sort of stuff.

Such a great stay

I have no complaints at all, I completely loved my stay. The staff were great and super accommodating. The property is beautiful, nicely maintained and in a great location to plenty of restaurants and nightlife. You can literally walk to almost everything!
