Wonderful stay
The stay was wonderful. Break fast was awesome, room was so clean, and the from start to the end, the hospitality was awesome. Even the certain types of rooms are almost full booked, they tried their best to upgrade the room. Also, we want to say thank you to Alex in the club lounge for the wonderfuly polite services! He made our stay way more beautiful. I would really like to stay here again!!

Birthday Celebration
Absolutely fantastic experience at the restaurant, Ali made our birthday experience unforgettable at the restaurant. We are truly appreciative of the extra steps he took to make our dinner experience special. The food was also amazing, every course.

Best hotel in Barcelona
I had such a nice experience there, we had an emergency situation and went at the hotel at 2 am. The receptionist welcomed us, he was so nice, he could accommodate us and gave us a room so we can sleep during the night. If he didn’t help us out we would stay on the streets all night. Such a nice room, everything was clean and tidy. Amazing view and the Sky bar was so beautifully decorated. Very nice people and such a good location, definitely recommend it,

Can never go wrong with Hyatt
You can always count on a Hyatt. We had a miss communication with our other hotel and they would not let us check it. We decided to come to the Hyatt at 3 am hope they would have anything. Kindly enough Sebastian Was an amazing help. Both the front desk agent were so willingly to help us out. Hyatt will always be superior.
