Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic rooms and the food at the restaurant was amazing. The close vicinity to the Mall, Casino, Southbank and other locations is fantastic for a short stay.

Great hotel
Great staff. Great food. Well situated. Walked 20 years for a good DiDi stop and also within walking distance to North Quay ferry stop.

Overall fine, room was clean but small, no way to turn bathroom light on without lighting up whole room. Main complaint was the pool: looks big online but the hotel has 292 rooms and the pool can take a maximum of 25 people, at which point no one else is allowed to enter. So unless you’re up very early, you won’t get to use the pool.

Great hotel in a good location. Brisbane was a revelation. Did not use the pool because of rain in sunny Brisbane. Rooms were clean, staff excellent.

A good hotel in a great location.
This hotel is brilliantly located on the Queen Street Mall. The options for meals outside of the hotel are bountiful. That said, Lennon's restaurant is a wonderful place to have a relaxing dinner. Good food and lovely ambiance.
