Very comfortable hotel, with pleasant, helpful staff and good amenities. It is however let down by the breakfast experience which has unfortunately deteriorated in recent months and is more in keeping with a 3 star hotel.

Excellent visit to Stratford and Tottenham. People generally friendly. Easy access to shopping centre. Staff all attentive at the Hyatt. Highly recommend.

Comfortable Stay
Fabulous location at Westfield shopping mall The room was clean comfortable and warm with the best lighting of any hotel I have stayed in cheap or expensive!! Great bedside lights, great reading lights, a light of the desk/table, a dedicated dressing table with over head light, mirror lighting and an electrocal socket!!! We haven't even got to the shower room - again lighting around the mirror, lit magnified light as well as over head lights even in the shower. You might think that this is all about the lighting but too often I have stayed in rooms poorly lit and no socket anywhere near a mirror! Well done Hyatt Regency we will return

Great location, lovely room
This was a return stay. No trace of housekeeping on the first day though. Happy to reuse towels, but bit disappointed bins and bed were left as were when we came back about 4-5 hrs later. Didn't affect our overall stay, but thought it was a bit odd considering the Hyatt brand. Opted to get breakfast at Westfield as the price was a little steep and could not justify it for buffet style.

Kindness and professionalism from the staff
I had a truly pleasant stay thanks to the wonderful attention and service provided by the staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, but I would especially like to highlight the Lady who took care of me at breakfast. She kindly assisted with my request for ginger and lemon, and her thoughtful manner made a real difference to my experience. I greatly appreciated her kindness and professionalism, which added a special touch to my stay on November 22nd 2025. The room itself was okay, and while the service stood out, one downside was the internet connection. Considering the hotel’s star rating, I expected a more reliable and faster connection. Improving this would make the overall experience even better.
