It’s been over two weeks from my stay and I still haven’t received my deposit back. I have contacted the hotel over a week ago and have not received a response. I haven’t received any communications from the hotel regarding the deposit.

Came to Manchester for a short break and more than pleased with this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are very comfy! We arrived late and the security were friendly helpful, the reception were also friendly and professional.

Clean, well kept
I stay in Manchester quite often and tried this hotel on a whim. Best decision i’ve made. I stay here on every visit now. Staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are always clean, tidy and comfortable. Good location with good parking. Price is up there, however it is a nice tidy and very well kept place. No noise during the night, or the day even!

Outstanding stay and breakfast
Simply Amazing: Outstanding Stay and Incredible Breakfast! We highly recommend the Hyatt after our amazing weekend trip. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. We also loved the extremely comfortable bar area for drinks. While we initially thought the £24 price for the breakfast buffet was high, it was easily worth it. The incredible amount, variety, and quality of the food was outstanding. This is a five-star experience all around, and we can’t recommend it enough.
