We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina in a marina suite with a view of the marina. It was a business trip for my husband, but a pleasure trip for me. We had a lovely stay. The location was tranquil. The atmosphere was calm. The suite was lovely. The hotel and grounds were clean and well maintained. The amenities were great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I felt the value for the money was acceptable for a resort of this level.

No restaurants close by. Very limited menu items at restaurants on site. Restaurant availability was also limited.

Great Resort Hotel
Great resort hotel. The setting is beautiful, with the bay and the marina and all the beautiful vegetation in the courtyard area is awesome.

No water rescue!
We live nearby and we lost water to our home. Even with a holiday weekend they were able to accommodate us the same evening, provide a WOH upgrade, and late check out. A stressful day ended with a hot shower and great nights sleep. The one bedroom suites are really big!

Great venue and location. The views from the tower were amazing!!! Oz checked us in.. He was awesome, super friendly and professional. His whole vibe got us excited about staying at the venue. Only criticism was the food at the Pelican restaurant. It was poor quality and very expensive for what it was. I know hotel food is priced higher than normal, but getting a hotdog so badly wrong was ridiculous! As a result we ate elsewhere for the rest of trip. Besides the that disappointment, I really enjoyed our stay!
