Another Wonderful Stay at the Hyatt Regence Waikiki!!
We returned once again to one of our favorite places in Waikiki — the Hyatt Regency — and had another fantastic experience. Alaina did a superb job, as always, ensuring our family of four had spacious, side-by-side rooms with a beautiful city view. She is consistently helpful and welcoming, and we truly appreciated her care during our anniversary trip. The location can’t be beat: right across from the beach, with endless shopping and dining options just steps away. We even enjoyed the Friday night fireworks show directly from our room, which was such a treat. As Globalists, having access to the Regency Club is an added bonus and makes the stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time with the family and will definitely be returning again soon. Highly recommend!

The hotel has charged my card without any booking and does not respond to my emails
A couple of weeks ago, my credit card was charged approximately 200 USD, despite the fact that I have never had a booking at this hotel or never been to Hawaii. I contacted Hyatt customer support, who provided me with an email address for the property. That address bounced. I was then given a new email address, which I used to request an explanation for the charge and to ask whether my card had been used for a reservation, and if so, under which name. It has now been six days without any response, despite a follow-up from me. My card has clearly been used fraudulently, and I understand that this may not necessarily be the hotel’s fault. However, the fact that it is impossible to get in touch with the property comes across as extremely unprofessional. I am unable to handle this by phone, as I need written documentation of the communication — or lack thereof — for the dispute case I am filing with my bank.

The diamond standard stay. A must in your lifetime!
One of the best room experiences I've ever had. Very posh you will be impressed. It's a must at least once in your lifetime. Once you try it you can never look back. It will be the diamond standard where you will compare it to every stay fromnthen on and I guarantee the other places will not be comparable. I didnt even mention the location.. right in front of the Duke!

Great hotel!
We have visited this hotel 5 times in the last several years. Overall it's a great hotel and a great location. As with all hotels, it's not perfect, but it's pretty close. Rooms are large and views are great, and employees are great. They got rid of their tiki elevators which I could tell all the customers will miss. Breakfast buffet is bad and overpriced. Overall though, one of the best hotels in Waikiki.

Great hotel in the heart of Waikiki Beach
Our family loved of stay here. The beach is directly across the street and the water if very calm and swimmable for all ages. There are a few places to rent boogie boards, surf boards, etc. within the area; along with an ABC store on the bottom level of the hotel for any of your beach needs. The pool is smaller, but was very welcoming as it was mainly kiddos playing (our daughter loved that). There are also daybeds and cabanas to rent that overlook Waikiki Beach. This hotel is located near TONS of shops and restaurants if you walk in any direction with tons to do and see. Our room happened to be directly above the luau, so we could see it from our balcony :) The noise did not bother us and it ends promptly at 8PM. Highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Waikiki.
