    Absolutely beautiful, one of the most affordable resorts off the beach with beautiful view and bigger rooms. Food is great and drinks are strong, will definitely be returning.

    Great experience with teenagers

    We liked the Pros and the Cons didn't bother us but may be troublesome for some people Pros * Excellent Waikiki location across from the sand and banyan tree * Many ocean front view rooms * Hyatt Regency Club * Free boogie board, chairs, beach toy rental * Shopping mall and stores on ground floor * Helpful staff throughout the property * World of Hyatt members get an email outlining benefits acknowledging status before arrival Cons * Small pool * Property is showing its age * Valet and elevators can be crowded at times * Hyatt Regency Club food not the best when compared to other properties * Very urban; no lush resort landscaping but that's what Hawaii is for * Can be noisy due to Waikiki street noise I used Hyatt points for my stay so I can speak to the overall value of a paid stay. Like the rest of Waikiki, parking, resort fees and hotel taxes are quite high.

    This hotel has much to improve: the valet, older rooms with old carpet, very small pool especially for a hotel of the size, no beach set up

    One of the worst and poorly maintained Hyatt Regency hotel

    Great location! Worse front checkin hotel staff! this location needs some serious upgrades to the rooms/ bathrooms. Front doors sides were all banged up. Room furniture was all chipped and worn out Inside bathroom door was all chipped and cracked at the bottom. Will never stay at this Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach location. Hyatt centric was much nicer hotel with great friendly check-in and accommodating Staff.
