One of the best hotels in Waikiki

This hotel is delightful. It's a big hotel, but it never felt crowded or too busy. The lines to check in, Concierge, food, etc. were never longer than one or two people. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable. Pricing was very competitive. The location couldn't possibly be better; on the oceanfront in the heart of the best part of Waikiki. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Large rooms with balconies and stunning views!

This is an older hotel that has been updated and in good condition. Rooms are big with nice balconies that offer great views of Waikiki. Location is ideal for Waikiki beach, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and housekeeping did a great job. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Best Hotel for all you get....

Location is great, right across from the Duke statue and across the street from Waikiki beach....Stayed for 5 days and it was perfect. Try to get the package that includes the buffet breakfast. Every morning you have a big breakfast, then hed out for the day..Buffet breakfast is also 5 star. Pool is kind of small, you get free towels to use at the beach along with chairs. Houskeeping shows up at 3pm to do the rooms. Dinner buffet is pricey, 84 bucs a person, but I'm sure 5 star too. I've stayed here 3 times now and never a problem. Parking is across the street, you park it or valet. Will stay again.

    My favourite vacation spot

The hotel has a wonderful location. It is right on the Waikiki beach. The view from my balcony was amazing! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the service fast. We really enjoyed our club access. The staff at the club is very nice and helpful. Their menu has a big variety of options, so we never became bored with the food although we stayed at the resort for three weeks. We will definitely be back next year.

    Not What We Expected

The hotel is old and lacking some modern conviniences. For instance, no microwave in the room; what are you supposed o do with left overs.? The cable system they have is a streaming affair and local stations especially, kept dropping out and the screen went blank. Totally unacceptable. The AC in the unit was very weak and hardly cooled the room. The shower has hardly any water pressure. The open air attrium was simply hot and humid making it unpleassant.
