We enjoyed our short stay at this property, although we had a little difficulty finding the valet parking because the hotel is so big. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful! Our room had a nice ocean view, and we loved the club lounge access for breakfast and evening snacks. We didn’t realize that we would have a terrace to sit on! We would definitely stay again given the opportunity!

Resort fees
Resorts fee are crazy You really get nothing for your money. I would not mind paying a resort fee if there was some fun things to do Pool was very small.

This Hyatt was in the perfect Waikiki location. Our ocean front room was comfortable, clean, and the view was incredible. All of the staff were super friendly. We had excellent access to every possible amenity. We had the breakfast included in our stay, which takes place at Shor Restaurant and the options provided were spot on for our crew (which included two teenage daughters). You have easy access to the beach, activities, and shopping along Kalakaua Avenue.

Great location
Beautiful resort in a great location on Waikiki beach. Rooms were clean & large. Bathroom a bit small, but fine. Views were amazing.

Excellent hotel, Clean and Close to Everything
Excellent stay. When we arrived, the room was really clean and smelling amazing. Across the street from the Waikiki Beach and close to all commerce. I would stay there again for sure!

Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa, in accordance with Hawaii state law, has a non-smoking policy in all guestrooms, including lanais and balconies. Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms unless the room is designated as a smoking room, which is then only permitted on the lanai or balcony. A smoking room can be requested but it is only a request and cannot be guaranteed. Guests smoking in the non-smoking floor guest rooms will be assessed a $250.00 cleaning fee by the hotel.
