Wonderful experience!! Clean and modern rooms. The staff is AMAZING. So inviting and accommodating. We brought our dog for the trip and everyone made us feel right at home. The food was universally delicious. We were especially blown away by Fresco Ceviche - our friends Jesus and Guadalupe tended to our needs and made us delicious ceviche every day of our trip. Jesus even cleaned our sunglasses. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Fresco ceviche is the best
Thank you Guadalupe and Jesús for the most delicious ceviche and the best service! This has been the best food we’ve had during our stay here - such a good mid day snack and energizer to get us through the afternoon. They are so friendly and made our stay amazing.

The best Cancún vacation yet.
We had the best time ever. Chocolate Angle is the best!! Beautiful beach club. The games during the day are awesome. Food is awesome. Nice clean rooms. Aqua pool was great. Great entertainment in the evening The booked dinning was all very tasty.

Couple trip to Hyatt vivid,big thank you to Gibran & Carlos
We went to Hyatt vivid at the end of February/start of march, the best hotel we have ever stayed in and can’t wait to come back,all the staff make sure you have the best time possible and treat you like royalty and go to any lengths to make your stay even better, Gibran the entertainment manager looked after us from the first day we arrived and did everything he could for us to make sure we had the best holiday we could, always checking if we were okay or needed anything,he even arranged a special dinner for me and my girlfriend on our last night. All the food was really nice and the beach club is unreal especially with Carlos looking after us he was always making sure we had everything we wanted, the service was incredible we never had to ask once for a drink and was constantly being surprised with different cocktails that he thought we would like and making us feel welcome at all times. These 2 Gibran and Carlos made our trip very special but all the staff are very helpful and do everything they can to ensure you enjoy your stay. We have already planned to come back to this hotel in February next year and we can’t wait.
