We were hesitant booking here since it was smaller and not on the beach, but this is a great resort. Highlights were the food Ceviche place with Guadeloupe and Jesus was excellent — service great and food so fresh. Highly recommend visiting this spot and talking with these guys. French and Mediterranean were also tops. Raul was an amazing server, so understated and thoughtful. The whole team at the Med restaurant went above and beyond with special dinner for our 30th anniversary. Rooms and view (Bayview) were amazing. Beach club was cool and good food. (Thanks to the server who helped me find my missing shirt.) Free sailing and flow rider were nice extras. Pickleball, yoga and the activities like Bingo, Sound / Crystals, DJ were unique. Wish we could take more in. Overall a very chill, friendly place where the staff made us feel welcome — shout outs to Orlando, Sergio and Cesar. While we agree a bigger beachside resort might be more our speed this place exceeded our expectations especially for the price.

Best time ever
We absolutely loved the entertainment staff headed by Gigi. Orlando, Caesar, Angel, Gamma, and Jasmine. Thank you for making our week so fun. Also, Gustavo was incredible, had our fresh drinks ready before we finished the first ones. We had so much fun at Zumba, aqua classes and volleyball

Fantastic stay at luxury Hyatt
Couldn't ask for anymore from a hotel! The whole stay from check in, to the fantastic room, the stay,staff, hotel, food and drinks were all fantastic! We had a vantage room with a great bay view and room exceeded all expectations as did rest of the hotel and beach club. Staff were always really helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Between the luxurious hotel and beach club we had a great, relaxing break and only disappointment was that we had to leave!

The best Fresco Ceviche
I had the most amazing experience at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island, thanks to the absolutely delicious Fresco Ceviche! Every bite was bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors — easily one of the best ceviches I’ve ever had. A huge thank you to Chef Guadalupe, whose attention to detail and creativity truly made this dish unforgettable. You can tell it was crafted with so much care and passion. And a special shout-out to our wonderful server, Jesus, who made the experience even more memorable with his warm hospitality and impeccable service. He was attentive, kind, and made us feel incredibly welcome. If you’re visiting, do yourself a favor and try the Fresco Ceviche — you won’t regret it! Chef Guadalupe and Jesus made our meal an absolute highlight of our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Great stay!
Great resort! Good food and good service. The ceviche restaurant was excellent. Jesus and Guadalupe were amazing! We had a master suite, which was huge and really nice. Vantage club has some perks. Drinks in the vantage club lounge are top notch.
