  Mexican chocolate!!

  Our experience at the hotel was amazing. The entertainment team Angel (Mexican chocolate) and Frida were lots of fun. They both completely made the trip constantly kept everybody engaged in the activities. Myself and my family will all remember the two of them and look forward to seeing them again.

  Mondrian+ is an A+ Experience

  This resort has the BEST views of Cancun! Total 360 from the beach side to the lagoon side you see it ALL! This hotel is set apart from all the others physically but that is exactly what makes it so unique. It was amazing to be able to watch the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop everyday. The rooftop pool is by far the best in all of Cancun, it is also the longest measuring the ENTIRE length of the rooftop too. We were even able to watch a lunar eclipse by laying on a rooftop lounger. The atmosphere is classy and elegant creating a upscale/sophisticated vibe. The guests we met varied from a family like mine with adult children, honeymoon couples, a friend group trip of young adults, a large family of all ages celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary, to a bachelorette trip, even a group of 6 men on a guys trip. The rooms were spacious and clean each with a balcony. My family reserved 2 rooms, so we got one on the beach side and one on the lagoon side for optimal views of everything. The beach side also overlooks a golf course where my sons played and I was able to watch them from their balcony. We took advantage of the Mondrian+ which gave us a special room rate and allowed us access to the rooftop pool. The Mondrian+ also gave us a private butler for our stay. Alexis was amazing and he tended to all our needs with such grace and professionalism. He made suggestions for activities, made dinner reservations, arranged transportation, and was always visible on site and communicated instantly through a WhatsApp group chat. This young man has talent for hospitality. There was always something to do here. I began my day with a sunrise stretch yoga session with Anna every morning on the rooftop inspired by the amazing views, then both morning and afternoon pickleball sessions with Jeff. We alternated our days between the pools on site or the fabulous beach club across the street from the hotel property. The pools were always quiet and peaceful throughout the day. For the beach, all we had to do was jump on a small air conditioned shuttle bus for a 5 minute ride to the beach club. This beach club is next level. It feels so exclusive and you feel pampered while you're there. It has a tiered structure to it. If you would like to have breakfast or lunch, you can go up to the top restaurant level, you also have a access to 2 pools on the middle level which give you the height to look out at the beach and see so much. Then at the beach level you can lounge and walk out to the water. The restaurants had fine cuisine. We ate Japanese, Mediterranean, and traditional Mexican. The Mondrian+ also gave us access to a lounge that had ready to eat poke bowls, mac and cheese, bruschetta bread, and a variety of finger foods. Each evening there was entertainment on the pool deck including live bands, a water ballet show, and casino night. Angel, the entertainment director, kept the guests energized by circulating through the crowd making sure everyone was having a great time. He even joined my family for a few pickleball matches too. He is also extremely talented in hospitality and made our stay enjoyable.

  Best resort in 21st century.

  What a great place to stay. From the entrance , to the pool and food. Servers and staff. Juan Carlos Alexander from hadaba restaurant Aaron from the Asian restaurant Pablo and some others I can’t remember their names. Guys this is the place to go. 100%

  Amazing 10-Day Stay at Hyatt Vivid Cancun

  We had the best 10 days at Hyatt Vivid! We were stunned by how beautiful and clean the rooms were, and loved the atmosphere and overall vibe of the hotel. The food options were fantastic, with a great buffet for breakfast and lunch, plus three restaurant options for dinner. The Japanese restaurant was a real standout, with amazing food and incredible views from the rooftop. Most importantly, our stay was made even better by the fantastic service and friendliness from the staff, including the waiters around the pool. A big shout-out to Jesus & Jose, who looked after us throughout our stay and always went above and beyond. Eduardo behind the pool bar was also amazing, always with a big smile and making great cocktails (and tequila)! 😂 The staff really are a credit to the hotel and truly make the experience so special. Overall, we genuinely could not fault the hotel. We’re leaving with some amazing memories from Cancun and would definitely recommend Hyatt Vivid to anyone visiting. From Jordan & Rebecca ❤️

  Beautiful Resort

  Visited the resort to celebrate my 41st birthday with my husband. We had an amazing time, we were upgraded when we checked in. The room was beautiful. The only thing I can say is there wasn’t many food options, especially for dinner. Other than that, the resort was amazing.
