Oct 07, 2026The rooftop pool was our favorite spot
My partner and I spent two weeks here in September and honestly the rooftop pool area was where we spent almost every single afternoon. Around 3 PM when the sun was shining bright, we would grab two loungers right near the edge with a view over the water. Roberto and Alexis took such good care of us up there, constantly bringing over fresh passionfruit margaritas and ice water without us even having to ask twice. The drinks were mixed just right, not too sugary, and having that calm breeze while sipping a cold cocktail made the afternoon heat extremely perfect. It was super quiet up on the roof compared to other resorts we have stayed at in Cancun, so we could actually read our books and relax for hours. Blanco at the front desk was also so sweet and upgraded our room when we checked in, which we definitly appreciated. We had an awesome stay and already want to plan another trip back next year.

Lovely hotel and amazing staff
We stayed at Mondrian Cancun for two weeks from 30th August 2026 and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable and a lovely place to stay. The rooftop pool was one of our favourite parts of the hotel — it was beautiful and we really enjoyed spending time there. The hotel is on the quieter side, which suited us perfectly and made it a great place to relax and unwind. The staff and team genuinely couldn’t have been better. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and they really went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. A special mention has to go to Roberto, Concho, Alexis, Compadre and Freda, who were all fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. We’d also especially like to thank Blanco, the manager, who was incredibly kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and kindly upgraded our room, which we really appreciated. The drinks and cocktails were also excellent and definitely worth mentioning! Overall, we absolutely loved our two weeks at Mondrian Cancun and would definitely come back. The hotel is beautiful, the rooftop pool is lovely, and most importantly, the staff are exceptional. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable — we hope to return in the future! 🌴🍹☀️

Amazing stay🙌🏻
We had a lovely stay at the Mondrian in Cancun. The beach club was the highlight of the trip. Pablo from the beach club took very good care of us. We also enjoyed the hospitality & restaurant at the hotel. The rooftop bar is amazing. Angel was wonderful giving us dance lessons & hosting the shows. The waiters that were memorable for being so attentive are Francisco & Samuel. Also loved the Mediterranean restaurant- lots of healthy choices.

Best mini getaway weekend
First time visiting Cancun. We had the best experience at Mondrian Resort, the people were absolutely a gem, so attentive, kind, and helpful. We loved all of our servers, Jose, and entertainment lead Angel. Thank you! For making our experience so memorable and my friends birthday. You went above and beyond to make us feel extra special. We can’t wait to come back.
