May 19, 2025Absolutely Amazing Stay!
This was my first time staying in a Hyatt hotel and I have to say it was by FAR the best stay and experience I’ve had while on vacation! The air conditioned room and hotel grounds were always kept very clean and fresh. Every single staff member working there including the cleaners, bartenders, chefs, entertainment and activities coordinators (especially Sandy) were top notch professional, friendly, very kind and helpful! They had something new and exciting happening at the resort day and night which made for an extra fun stay. I went with my boyfriend and it was our first time traveling together and we had such a romantic, memorable stay that we will never forget. Thank you! I highly recommend the Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya.

Great time!
100% rent a poolside cabana! This experience enabled us to enjoy a very relaxing day poolside in the sun. The therapeutic massage at the spa was also a great experience with the water circuit. One night there was an aquatic show at the pool, which also was a great experience!

Hotel is old and outdated. Food was a disappointment and was never delivered hot. My wife and I both got sick twice in one week. Entertainment was weak. I will say service was decent with most team members being very polite and professional. There was a lot of construction noise with next door building going on. They were also patching their own roof which was dirty and loud.

Clean, friendly, customer service oriented place to stay. Veg options are limited but they are willing to accommodate and try and make new things for you. Would definitely stay here again. Gonsalves, the manager for extremely approachable and acomodated all our needs.

Good Quick Trip
I recently returned from a quick 2 night trip to Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya. I booked my vacation through Kayla at Dream Makers Vacation Services. They provided great service and I would highly recommend using them for planning future trips. The resort is about 35 minutes from the Cancun airport. I liked that it wasn’t too far away since our stay was so short. Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya is adult only all-inclusive. The resort is super small but if you don’t want to walk a lot/have mobility issues, this is the perfect place. I traveled with my sister and we were booked in an Ocean Front Double Bed room. The rooms are very spacious and our view from the balcony was awesome. They have 4 restaurants and a few bars on property to choose from. For a short stay, the options were perfect. We only tried the Italian restaurant for dinner and the beach snack bar for lunch but all the food we ordered was delicious. The pool bar also makes one of the best margaritas I’ve had in Mexico. There is one large pool on property which worried me at first because I thought it’d be overcrowded but I was pleasantly incorrect. Even though there was a small wedding group and an anniversary group, there was still plenty of space & pool chairs available. The beach was small but nice. I didn’t spend that much time there though. The entertainment on property wasn't that exciting but my sister did the aqua aerobics the one day and had fun. I would definitely go back to this resort for another short trip. It’s perfect for a quick getaway for couples, families, and friends. Use Dream Makers Vacation Services for all your vacation needs!
