We have been to All Inclusive Hotels in the past, and they have been a real Hit and Miss.... I can happily tell you that we were absolutely delighted with the Hyatt Ziva, and the variety of food available here. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and the inflatable water-park on the private beach was great fun. We also had fun on the free paddle boards and the pedalos. The only downside, was the block we were in, which faced the main block, were facing the wrong way for the sun. The balcony was North facing and the front door was facing south, so it made the room, a bit dark..... But we could have gone and changed room, but to be honest, all we did was sleep and shower there, so it was not really a big deal. The Hotel was only a short stroll to the village, which even though it was the end of the season, still had some bar's and restaurants open. The Hotel also booked us a private boat trip with just one other couple, which took up most of the day. It was really relaxing and the Hotel also gave us lunch packs to take with us on the trip. We had lot's of swim stops and it was a really nice way to see the coast. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel for a holiday.

We rented two bungalow rooms in the middle of October. Food was very good throughout our stay. Staff were generally excellent and possessed of congenial approaches. I had one major concern for the resort: their renovated shower wall areas off the bathroom should have been tiled - but were not. This is a problem which needs to be rectified by the resort immediately. In both our rooms, we could see that re-walling these areas near the floor had already taken place once but, again, without tile the problem will simply reoccur repeatedly.

Excellent 5* hotel
Wonderful resort. We had a beachfront bungalow which was ideal. Lots of uphill walking but a buggy was on call when I couldn’t make it. (Our accommodation was by the beach and the main hotel and buffet restaurant were at the top) all staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent with lots of choice in the different restaurants ( which you had to book and couldn’t always get in) highly recommend

Great place for a break. Relaxing and great facilities
A short break and it was wonderful to have nothing to do for a bit! The hotel was clean, the staff were excellent (and couldn't do enough to help an were cheerful and courteous), the food was good, there was a variety of entertainment. The bungalow we had was fine: not overluxurious but quite adequarte. The backh was fine. We didn't have wonderful weather for 2 days of the time there but there was plently to distract.

Very good beach and location. clean and tidy rooms grounds kept well. Staff are very polite pools are clean but very cold going this time of year
