Dec 11, 2024Great Despite Renovation Noise
Staff is wonderful, friendly and responsive. Facilities are beautiful. Current renovations make it a bit noisy in the pool area during the day, but for us the music tended to drown out the noise or make it easier to ignore. But this is the only reason for 4 stars. Food was great. Pools are pristine. Beach is clean and well maintained. Very enjoyable stay.

What a disaster. construction noise at the main pool area, lobby, hot tubs, practically ANYWHERE and NON STOP 7 days a week, often till 10pm. Bring ear plugs + noise cancelling earbuds, or don't come at all. Overall, epic disaster. Will never come back.

Nice all inclusive but beware of the construction.
While the construction noise is a nuisance, the grounds are kept immaculate. They are always cleaning but some of the elevators are out of order and only hold 4 occupants. There is a good variety of food options and the place was not crowded at the pool or the beach. The room was large and the balcony spacious, 2 closets and lots of drawers. Drink service was very good and the staff very friendly. Pools were chilly, beach is wide and nicely groomed.

A DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!!
My father went on vacation a few days ago and says that the hotel was simply horrible, it is in remodeling and I can't rest or enjoy anything, besides that he had a very bad experience in the hotel, he says that the attention is very bad and his workers too, the food at the buffet was cold and the cleanliness of the rooms was bad and the most embarrassing thing for my father was that when it was time to take a massage the therapist touched him improperly, and at the end of the massage she offered him other "services" outside the hotel in addition to telling him to follow her on only fans , which is simply disgusting, I told my father to stay in that hotel because I've been living in cabo for a few months and I had heard that the hotel was a good place for vacations, and now I see that I was wrong, my family and I just don't want to know anything more about the subject ZERO RECOMMENDED visiting the hotel we will never visit de hotel again

We stayed at the Hyatt Ziva for 10 nights and it was a perfect vacation in every way. The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. Yes they are renovating but we hardly noticed. The food was very good and the service was excellent! The Baja Bar staff was so nice and friendly. Juanita, Angel , Santos, Alejandro, Yesenia and Genaro were all very helpful and made us feel welcome every day! The concierge opened the Sports Bar early so we could watch the Duck football game . Alejandra was our waitress and she was amazing. We can’t wait for our next trip to Ziva!
