The Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos is a gem. The facility is gorgeous and well kept, the food and drink choices are aplenty and the staff from check in to check out are great.

Excellent service by a 7-star staff
The Hyatt hotels are consistent with the quality of the property and service. But I found the staff at the Hyatt Ziva of Cabo San Lucas stellar. Every member of their staff from the lobby to the housekeepers is doing their job with passion and smile, and is making sure the guests are happy and have what they need. I talked to many employees at the front desk. All were amazingly helpful. I had a little incident, and Montserrat went the extra mile to help. Alexis at the seafood restaurant was great. And Ricardo and Felipe at the Plaza made sure we had the best breakfast. The pool staff are also amazing. But what I enjoyed at the property the best was the world class gym. Wow! Planning to be back.

It won't disappoint.
Excellent choice, great location, great stay all around. Plenty of food / drink options and easy to walk around property Staff was great, friendly & always attentive.

Fun, and cared for
Went with a group of 14, and the service was amazing. Clean property, food was always on point, and Poli was phenomenal as our point of contact throughout the week. This was my second time staying, and I hope to return again soon.
