We had another wonderful holiday at the Jardin Del Sol. Isabel and her team looked after us so well as always. The suite, food and facilities are all excellent. Having been holidaying here for many years it's like our second home. We are always made to feel so welcome from everyone including Isabel The Director, Tomeu, Carmen,Philip, Esme, Adama, Nuria on the reception desk. In the restaurant we were looked after by Juan, Atanas, Tania ,Nieve and many others. Ivan in the bar was always very helpful. Also a mention to the lovely Fati who always keeps our room so clean and tidy. We look forward to seeing everyone next May.

We stayed here for eight nights in room 1525. When we arrived, there were no staff members to help us carry our bags to reception. I don’t think this hotel should be considered a 5-star hotel. Even at check-out, we had to carry our luggage ourselves. The lunch setting was lovely, but be careful: the minute you arrive, staff will hand you an iPad to sign. Check the total amount carefully, because in our experience, they included a tip without asking. The room was badly designed. Even though I am not an architect, the toilet layout really lacked space. Yet, outside the bathroom, there was so much wasted space in the living room and around the bathtub. There is also no privacy on the balcony for sunbathing. It should have been fitted with frosted or tinted glass. They should also provide an umbrella, as it gets boiling hot when you try to sunbathe.

Just divine!
The moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a special stay: the welcome was warm, the service was exceptional and every member of the team made us feel genuinely cared for. 🌟 We’re a little picky about where we stay, but this hotel didn’t disappoint us for a moment. The level of service was absolutely fantastic, and EVERY member of the team was genuinely lovely, welcoming and very attentive. If I named everyone who looked after us who we felt needed a special mention, you’d get bored of reading so many names! Whoever is responsible for looking after this amazing team is clearly doing something right, because the standard of service is second to none. We couldn’t have felt more looked after! The food was fabulous too! Plenty of variety, something for everyone and absolutely no complaints from us. I’m not a lover of lobster and caviar but they even had that too!!!! In fact, we’ve come home a little heavier than when we arrived! 😂 even though more steps were recorded on our watches than usual! The views are stunning, and eating breakfast and dinner on the outdoor patio was a real treat, especially in October. The sunsets were magical, and the gentle sound of the sea made it all wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and, yes, a little dated, but they were good quality and perfectly comfortable. In fact, I suspect that if the hotel were modernised, the prices would be considerably higher! The views are spectacular and it was a real treat to sit out on the balcony watching people swimming in the ocean and boats going by. We also loved the gentle 10–15-minute stroll down to the beach. The sand was lovely, and it was more compact near the water’s edge, making it much easier to wander along the bay. Getting out and about was easy, too. We caught the air-conditioned bus on several days to Paguera, Palma and Palmanova, all less than 30 minutes away. Taxis were also reasonably priced if you fancied a more convenient door-to-door journey. All in all, a fantastic stay! Wonderful people, excellent service, great food, beautiful views and a peaceful setting. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed and thoroughly spoilt. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it! ❤️

Fantastic Hotel
Great hotel, couldn’t fault any aspect of it! Location of the hotel is not great but can get the bus to lots of other places to explore. We stayed half board, one of the best restaurants we’ve had on holiday with very little repetition each evening. Only drawback was we had a late flight home and were not allowed dinner on the last evening without paying extra.

Fabulous
Fabulous hotel. We upgraded to Star Prestige which was so good. Infinity pool and private area. Food was amazing. So much choice. We did the all inclusive. Drinks choice was great and there was table service including by the pool. Staff were all excellent. Highly recommend and will be definitely going back.
