Carmela was absolutely amazing sorting out my loungers which I nearly was charged for. She also booked them for the rest of our stay without any charge.

Fabulous hotel.
I stayed here with my partner, we stayed here for 10 nights half board. There was many positives about this hotel as it was a lovely place to stay; the rooms were spacious, clean and we had a side sea view room. The staff are so friendly and loved to get involved in the entertainment. The hotel was in a good location as only 5/10 minutes from the bars and restaurants. We could always get a sunbed around the pool even if we hadn’t reserved it. The entertainment in the hotel was varied & catered to a mixture of area ranges depending on the daily activities. The food was very good, I am a fussy eater and always found something to eat. Breakfast and dinner was varied by certain days and done on a weekly basis. The negative issues for this hotel were minor things, the pillows were not comfy considering it was a 5* hotel 🏨 and to change them you had to pay 3 euros from the pillow menu. Another negative thing is you had to pay for your drinks in the evening including water, if you weren’t all inclusive yet if you had dinner separately for 40 odd euros pp, this had them included. Overall I do recommend this to other people and would return to this hotel but minor changes can make this hotel better.

Hotel is clean . We had all inclusuve and star prestige. The buffet food left a lot to be desired .not 5 star we had nice sandwiches each day for lunch at star prestige. Gave the breakfast a swerve after trying it. . We were allowed an included gourmet market meal we tried that starter was great the main a german sheperd might have got his teeth through the meat . We never received coffee pods our second last day . There was a bali bed broken the whole week we were there. The shower head only half of it worked .the sink plug was broken both sinks. The lifts couldnt cope with volume of people. Staff were impersonal some said good morning some not. First time we have visited one of these . Wouldnt return as costly to eat out due to foid quality.

Perfect as always
Absolutely outstanding service from carmela. She always makes me a my partner feel at ease and helps us every single day. Santiago is also amazing The most perfect holiday because of the two of them please make sure they get the recognition they truly deserve Rosella is also outstanding at her job!! she leaves nothing unturned Marcela is also perfect Cristina is an absolute dream again returned because of her was so please to see her again
