Got sick on our trip; InterContinental Lisbon cared for us like family. Excellent service & support
Got sick on our trip; InterContinental Lisbon cared for us like family. Excellent service & support. From the front desk to the room service team, everyone was kind, attentive, and quick to respond. They helped us arrange for a doctor to come to the hotel (on a Sunday!), which was such a relief and made a huge difference for our peace of mind. Room service was also prompt, consistent, and handled our special requests with patience and care while we were unwell. Highly recommended

Comfortable, high-quality & well-located stay with professional staff
We stayed on 2 January at the onset of January torrential rain, so early check-in was especially welcome and handled quickly and professionally. Staff were friendly, efficient, and responsive throughout, with a smooth and swift check-out for an early airport check in - uber within 2 minutes at 3 am The room was spacious with two comfortable double beds, and the hotel felt clean and high quality overall. The location is central and well connected, close to museums and easy to get to/around Lisbon. Given the season, the pool was closed, which was understandable. The hotel food menu looked good but was a little pricey, so we opted for a very good local burger place just across the road. Overall, a very solid and comfortable stay.

Honeymoon in Lisbon
We had a great stay! Great location - shopping and restaurants in the area, but in a less crowded neighborhood. Walking distance or a quick cab ride from the more touristy areas. The staff was amazing! Friendly, prompt, helpful. Anything we needed was provided right away. Everyone greeted us as if they knew us, definitely felt well cared for. The room was comfortable and clean, large enough to not feel cramped on a week’s stay. Parking is available and easy to access. No spa on the property. Would recommend.
