Worth the splurge!
We had booked 10 nights at the sister property, Anse Chastenet but had been expecting to have a view of the Pitons from our room. Unfortunately, our room had a (lovely) view of the bay, instead. A few days into our visit we requested to be moved to a room with a Piton view, if possible. Two days later the manager came back and said that they couldn’t accommodate us (candidly, this is a 50 room hotel in peak season and was full). But…. They instead offered to move us up to their sister property, Jade Mountain for no additional charge. We of course said yes! While we were at the lowest tier (sky) which doesn’t have an infinity pool (just a large hot tub!) the room was enormous, the view terrific, and the whole experience very memorable. We’re already planning our trip back next year to Jade Mountain. While this is an expensive and exclusive resort (only 29 rooms), it backs it up with unbelievable views, fascinating architecture, memorable meals and unparalleled service. And the diving is very close and the reef is in great shape! Well worth it!

Wonderful experience, booked our return before leaving
Best resort we've visited in the world. The rooms, views, staff, food, beach...everything was fantastic. Before checking out of this trip, our first to Jade, we already started booking a return to Jade the following year. We arrived by boat and were greeted on the dock by one of our fantastic Major Domos who brought us to our room for an easy, early check-in. Key feature is the mobile phone they provide. We didn't think we would use it at all, but used it to arrange meals, excursions and shuttles. The staff is great at anticipating your needs and unobtrusively providing world class service. Everything works so smoothly at Jade, retaining this talented staff is a major reason why. Everyone we talked to had been at Jade for at least 5 years and many for much longer. Highly recommend the all-inclusive option. There are so many great options at Jade, Anse and the beach, we never wanted for anything else. Dining in the room by the infinity pool, enjoying the view, is pretty hard to beat. We experienced both the Sky and Star Sanctuaries. There is nothing but great options at Jade, but when we return we are booking another sanctuary with a private pool. We're going to try a different one than the Star, even though we absolutely loved that room.

Excellence in Every Detail
I've stayed in many hotels, but the level of professionalism and genuine care here sets a new standard. The modern amenities blend seamlessly with traditional hospitality. The concierge team went above and beyond with their local recommendations, and the restaurant staff remembered my preferences from day one. The attention to cleanliness was particularly impressive.

No matter the length of your stay, it will not be long enough!
Easily the most fascinating and unique resort we have ever seen!! The view when you walk into your sanctuary is truly breathtaking. We've seen infinity pools before but the one in our room was like no other. We immediately morphed into relaxation mode. The food was delicious. I need to eat gluten free and the chef was more than accommodating. I was able to have most everything on the menu unless it was fried. To say it is spotless in an understatement. Both our room and the grounds were immaculate. There are a lot of steps but we were so absorbed in the surrounding beauty we didn't even realize it, The majordomos were exceedingly pleasant, professional, helpful and yet non intrusive. You have immediate 24/7 access to them. We had a late night minor emergency that was handled with the utmost care and concern. I almost forgot the helicopter ride from the airport. What an exciting way to start a vacation! No matter the length of your stay, it will not be long enough!!

Outstanding a real bucket list stay
One of our bucket list hotels, it was exceptional. We stayed for 10 nights in April and will never forget it. Our room was breathtaking, walking up to the sound of nature at 5am was bliss We loved the uniqueness of the hotel, the design and the extra special touches which you made you feel like VIPs. Everyone was amazing, the food was outstanding we dined at the top of Jade Mountain every night, excited what amazing food we would enjoy, after our fabulous cocktails made by the wonderful Bentley There aren’t enough words to describe our experience except what a special place this is and our memories will stay with us forever!
