  An Unforgettable Experience at JOIA Bávaro by Iberostar! ❤️🇩🇴 My mom and I had an absolutely incredible vacation at JOIA Bávaro by Iberostar in the Dominican Republic! From the moment we started planning our trip until the day we left, our experience was truly exceptional. We made beautiful memories, met wonderful people, and felt welcomed and cared for throughout our entire stay. This resort exceeded our expectations in so many ways! Before we even arrived, Kiana provided outstanding service via email, making us feel welcome and well taken care of even before our vacation began. Upon our arrival, she personally greeted us and continued to make us feel special with her warmth, kindness, and attention to detail. It was such a lovely personal touch that set the tone for an incredible stay. We were also incredibly fortunate to receive a room upgrade with a stunning view, which made our experience even more special. Thank you, Kiana, for going above and beyond and helping make our vacation so memorable! Jhobra also provided excellent service during check-in, making the entire process smooth, pleasant, and welcoming. We were also fortunate to have our butlers, Jesus and Reynaldo, who were always friendly, attentive, and there whenever we needed them. Their kindness and willingness to help made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you both for being such a wonderful part of our vacation! One thing that truly stood out was the exceptional service we received throughout the resort. The waiters at the beach deserve a special mention! They were always there to make sure we had everything we needed so we could relax and enjoy our time in the sun. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and genuine care made our beach days even more enjoyable. We would also love to recognize Jeniffer, who greeted us so warmly as we arrived at the restaurants. She always welcomed us with so much love, attention, and kindness, making us feel special every time we saw her. Her beautiful energy and genuine warmth made us look forward to seeing her, and we absolutely loved her! A very special thank-you goes to Franilda, our wonderful waitress at the buffet. She made our breakfasts extraordinary! Every morning, she welcomed us with so much love, care, and attention, making the start of each day feel special. It was more than just breakfast; it was the warmth and kindness she shared with us that made those mornings so memorable. We loved her so much and will always remember the wonderful way she made us feel. And of course, Sr. Jesus deserves a special mention, too! He was always so happy to see us, greeting us by name with the biggest smile and making us feel right at home. His delicious omelettes and cheerful personality made our breakfasts even more enjoyable. Those little moments of recognition and genuine happiness meant so much to us! From the restaurant teams and kitchen staff to the hosts and hostesses, beach staff, entertainment team, and everyone working behind the scenes, every person we encountered contributed to making our vacation unforgettable. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine desire to make guests happy exceeded our expectations. The people truly make this resort extraordinary! The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. The property was spotless, both indoors and outdoors, including the pool area. The lush tropical greenery creates a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, and it is clear that so much care and attention go into maintaining this stunning property. And the food was outstanding! Every restaurant offered something unique, and each dining experience was delicious. The staff at every restaurant were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely wonderful. We truly enjoyed the variety, quality, and presentation of the food, and every meal was something to look forward to. The entertainment was incredible as well! There was always something fun to enjoy, and we especially loved pool volleyball and bingo, which were both SO MUCH FUN! Pool volleyball was a fantastic way to enjoy the pool, laugh, and meet other guests, while bingo added even more excitement to our stay. These activities gave us so many opportunities to have fun, connect with others, and make wonderful vacation memories. The entertainment team made every day even more enjoyable! We also absolutely loved the beautiful sailboat on the property! One of our favorite experiences was karaoke on the sailboat, which was SO MUCH FUN! We laughed so hard our cheeks hurt! 😂❤️ It was one of those unforgettable moments when you are having so much fun that you completely lose track of time. Experiences like these made our vacation even more special. Another highlight was meeting so many wonderful people. We met solo travelers, couples, and groups of friends who were all enjoying their vacations. It was lovely to connect with others, share conversations and laughter, and form beautiful friendships along the way. Whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, with family, or with friends, JOIA Bávaro offers something special for everyone. Every detail, every interaction, every meal, and every activity contributed to a truly memorable vacation for my mom and me. The memories we made and the friendships we formed made this trip about so much more than simply staying at a beautiful resort. There are so many wonderful people at JOIA Bávaro whom we would love to recognize by name because they made our vacation truly extraordinary. I wish I could mention everyone in this review! I will be writing a separate thank-you letter to JOIA Bávaro to express our gratitude and recognize the many incredible team members who made such a difference in our stay.   10/10 experience with great people

  Cesar made us an amazing bath with rose peddles and helped us with so many other things!! We also enjoyed the entertainment team; Chocolate, Black Mamba, Snoop Dogg, and Alex! Everyone of these people MADE our trip!! 😊

  Another amazing stay at Joia Bavaro!!!

  We just returned from another incredible vacation at JOIA Bávaro, and once again, this resort reminded us why it continues to be one of our favorite places to visit! There is something special about returning to a resort where you feel welcomed, appreciated, and genuinely cared for. From the beautiful grounds and stunning beach to the exceptional service, every visit leaves us with wonderful memories. One of the things that keeps bringing us back is the outstanding staff. From the moment we arrive, the Star Prestige team makes us feel welcome and at home. Paloma immediately took care of our dinner reservations, our massage appointments & golf reservations. She remembered us from our previous stay & made sure we had our requested butler & the specific rooms we requested. The level of personal attention throughout the resort truly sets this experience apart. Our butler, Armando, continues to go above and beyond to make our stays effortless and stress-free. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care make such a difference. He somehow manages to anticipate our needs and make every experience feel special. Having someone who cares so much about making your vacation perfect is priceless! Alby, our club ambassador, is another reason we love returning to JOIA Bávaro. His attentiveness and dedication to making sure everything runs smoothly never go unnoticed. From making sure we had our requested wines at dinner to making sure our preferences are taken into consideration, he consistently helps make our stays that much more enjoyable. We also love spending our days relaxing in the Star Prestige members’ beach area. The drink and towel service makes it easy to settle in, unwind, and enjoy every minute of paradise. The beach is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff make the experience even better. The waitstaff throughout the resort deserve recognition as well. Antonio and Carlos have always stood out to us for their friendly personalities, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. The food was absolutely wonderful in ALL the restaurants making it impossible to choose a favorite. It is those personal connections that turn a great vacation into an unforgettable one. And of course, the entertainment crew brings so much energy and fun to the resort! Whether enjoying the activities or the evening entertainment, there is always something to make you smile. Their enthusiasm adds another special touch to the JOIA Bávaro experience. The resort itself is beautiful, with meticulously maintained grounds, a gorgeous beach, and so many opportunities to relax and enjoy the all-inclusive experience. Whether spending the day by the water, enjoying great food and drinks, or taking advantage of the Star Prestige amenities, there is something for everyone. What truly makes JOIA Bávaro stand out, though, is its people. The staff go beyond simply providing good service; they create relationships and make you feel like you are coming back to see friends. That is a big part of why we continue to choose this resort for our vacations. We have visited other resorts, but JOIA Bávaro continues to hold a special place for us. We keep coming back because of the exceptional service, the relaxing atmosphere, and the wonderful memories we make each time. If you are looking for a beautiful resort with outstanding service and an elevated vacation experience, we highly recommend Joia Bavaro. We are already looking forward to our next visit in April 2027!

  Our Trip to Joia ♥️

  We had a great time. The resort grounds are just gorgeous. The staff are superior, especially our butlers Reynaldo and Jesus. The food was excellent. The vibe there is friendly and vibrant. Everyone is always smiling and friendly.
