This place was amazing. The food and service was top notch. We had an issue in our room because of a leak and our butlers Caesar and Eduardo were amazing. They found us at the pool and told us about the issue. They handled everything with finding another room and helping us get moved. There was a woman at the restaurants I believe it was Javelia that was so sweet and made us feel special anytime we saw her. We will definitely book here again!

Amazing trip!
This hotel was amazing. The food and service was above and beyond. Our butlers Caesar and Eduardo took excellent care of us. There was an issue with a leak in our room and they handled everything. They got our room switched quickly and helped us move. Javelia at the restaurants made us feel so welcome and took great care. We will definitely book here again

Great Getaway
One of my favorite locations by Iberostar. The resort is designed and landscaped beautifully. Food & drink are plentiful and always served with a smile. The newly updated bar is open and running. The poolside servers were phenomenal. The restaurants were all delicious, and the options were limitless. The Star Friends were consistently animated and fun.
