Still superb in every way - brilliant staff, excellent food, great location, lovely pool and super comfortable beds/bedrooms. We first stayed at this hotel over 10 years ago and have been impressed every time.

Absolutely Awesome
If we could give this hotel 6 stars we would! There are lots of lovely hotels offering great food & nice rooms, but this one is by far the best we've ever stayed in over many years. The food on offer for breakfast lunch or dinner is fabulous, a huge choice catering for every taste. The rooms are immaculate, as are the outdoor areas, pools & gym. The evening entertainment was brilliant, every night the different singers had us up dancing to some great tunes. We're also amazed that despite the hotel being fully booked, it always feels so quiet & peaceful. This is a truly awesome hotel. But the thing which makes this hotel so special is the staff. They really genuinely make you feel welcome and important, every day, not just when you arrive. Whether you're lounging by the pool, eating or just enjoying a drink. Special mentions are worthy for Tiziana, the assistant manager, who ensures absolutely everything is perfect, walking around & speaking to guests throughout the day with a lovely cheerful smile. Also Diana, Star Prestige Manager, again always making sure everything is ok and happily looking after you from arrival to departure. In the restaurants Carlos and Davide made us feel super special, morning & night, always smiling & never missing anything. And finally Violeta, training in hotel management, very chatty and extremely confident for such a young person. This is why we keep rebooking - the El Mirador team - it's like a family :)

6TH WONDERFUL VISIT
We have visiredmany luxury hotels aroundthe world but this has to be the best.The location food and facilitiess are 5 star but it is the staff that make it outstanding From the manager down to ths most junior staff nothing is too much trouble Special mention for Tiziana Alexandra and Danielle .We have booked our next visit so that says it all.

Complete relaxation and tranquillity.
We have just returned from another fantastic week in ElMirador (7th visit) once again impeccable service, spotless rooms, very good food, made all the better with the special attention from Tiziana and Diana in particular. We have already booked for a return next year.
