Sep 11, 2026Really go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and have a good time
Just returned from our second stay, previous one was three years ago. This time we did a Junior seaview suite HB rather than star prestige due to the amount of extra cost of star prestige. We enjoyed our holiday just as much. The sunbeds around the main pool area were very comfortable (actually more comfy than I remember the star prestige ones being) and there was plenty of space between the loungers. The sunbed guys were just so helpful in getting you set up where you liked and would gladly help throughout the day with moving parasols/beds around. Special mention to Orlando & Manuel who took splendid care of us. The hotel came round with drinks twice daily (usually cocktail/mocktail) and a couple of times a week it was an afternoon ice cream which was lovely. Tiziana, Alejandra, Ghofran & Alejandro all took excellent care of me with my dietary allergy requirements. We had a few small food issues at the start but the hotel's response to this was terrific and they really came out on top with the food they did for me - I had some spectacular meals in the main el Mirador restaurant, la Pergola and el Cenador. The management were great at checking in with me daily to make sure all was well which I really appreciated. Breakfast was also terrific, loads of choice and I really liked the daily varying pastry selection. Vero who was on a management rotation programme was also a terrific asset to the hotel team. We moved rooms after the first day due to renovation noise happening in the room next to ours and once again the hotel handled this very well. The room they moved us to was amazing and we absolutely loved it, it was in a great position and kept immaculately clean. This is the theme here. If there are any issues this is the sort of place where they will fix it for you, the management support guests receive is outstanding compared to the level experienced in other hotels. The rooms themselves are well appointed with lots of useful extras such as really decent showergel, shampoo, conditioner, loofah mits, combs, powerful hairdryer, hair straighteners etc. Plenty of towels and of a good size. Great power in the shower. I really enjoyed the new activity of the glass jewellery making class. It was such fun and a great addition to the programme to have something so different to do and to be able to take a lasting memory home with you of your trip. Please keep this activity as part of your programme. The staff really make this place. We had such splendid service from so many across all the restaurants, reception, bar etc. Really looking forward to coming back.

Magnificent Mirador
Just got back from 7 days. What a destination. What staff!! facilities were top notch, the staff couldn't do enough for you to make your stay the best it could be. Special shout outs to Ruth who kept our room looking immaculate. I had a couple of niggles. ( not major) and they were dealt with by the time we'd come back to our room. Another special shout out to Rita on reception. She was friendly and so helpful. She was a real star. What an asset to the hotel. Fingers crossed, we'll be back. Spoil yourselves and visit.

Superb Meal at La Pergola restaurant
Ate at La Pergola restaurant at this hotel, what a great experience. Amazing setting, superb service and fantastic food, we couldn't have asked for more. We arrived to pre dinner drinks in the hotel bar which set the mood for the evening, relaxed and elegant. Then were shown to La Pergola where our waiter took over the hospitality and guided us through the menu, we then enjoyed a relaxing and unhurried dinner. Overall a 10/10 from us. Thanks

It's like coming home
We have just returned from our 10th visit to this fabulous hotel. Each time we go, we are amazed at how happy we are there. The lawn and pool are vast, with lots of sun loungers and space to relax in. The constant sound of the waves and sheerwaters is mesmerising. The room is so quiet and peaceful, super relaxing. The short hop to the local restaurants means is eating is easy. And the bar and music makes the evenings a lot of fun. But the one thing that makes it really special is the continuity of the people, both the staff and the guests. This year, we were warmly greeted and fussed over by so many familiar faces who really care about their guests having an enjoyable stay and seeing us again next year. Standouts were Paula and Gloria in reception, the fabulous Orlando on the lawn (he is a gem), Jesus and Ignacio in the bar and Yori at breakfast. And then there are our fellow guests, some of whom we've seen there for years and can now count as friends. As always, it was a wrench to come home (even after 16 days) and we will be back next year. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for welcoming us as family and friends. We very much appreciate it.

Enjoy a wonderful holiday!
We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel from August 5th to August 12th, 2026, in the luxurious Star Prestige area. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional friendliness of the staff. Our butler, Martina, was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly special throughout our stay. Tiziana, the manager, is truly outstanding—her dedication and professionalism are evident in every aspect of the service. Above all, she is so cheerful and kind, always with a smile. Everyone at the hotel goes above and beyond to ensure our experience was as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We especially appreciated the privacy, spaciousness, and tranquillity that the hotel offers, allowing us to relax completely. The dining options are fantastic—there's the choice to enjoy exquisite à la carte dishes or sample a variety of options from the buffet. The breakfast buffet was diverse, delicious, and a perfect start to each day. The cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, and all other areas was impeccable, contributing to our overall sense of comfort and well-being. There is truly nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful, luxurious retreat. We will definitely come back within 10 months. It feels a bit like coming home (we've been here 7 times).
