We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel from August 5th to August 12th, 2026, in the luxurious Star Prestige area. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional friendliness of the staff. Our butler, Martina, was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly special throughout our stay. Tiziana, the manager, is truly outstanding—her dedication and professionalism are evident in every aspect of the service. Above all, she is so cheerful and kind, always with a smile. Everyone at the hotel goes above and beyond to ensure our experience was as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We especially appreciated the privacy, spaciousness, and tranquillity that the hotel offers, allowing us to relax completely. The dining options are fantastic—there's the choice to enjoy exquisite à la carte dishes or sample a variety of options from the buffet. The breakfast buffet was diverse, delicious, and a perfect start to each day. The cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, and all other areas was impeccable, contributing to our overall sense of comfort and well-being. There is truly nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful, luxurious retreat. We will definitely come back within 10 months. It feels a bit like coming home (we've been here 7 times).

Simply the best
The most incredible hotel, with amazing staff and a fabulous location. From the moment we walked into reception, we were greeted with warm friendly and professional staff. The lobby is spectacular, the decor just stunning. We stayed in the grande suite in the star prestige area and have to say its one of the best suites we have ever stayed in. Every room was extremely clean , gorgeous furnishings , great mini bar that is topped up daily with what ever drinks you require, we even had our own butler who i have to say was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble for Pablo. Other members of the team were also very helpful friendly and professional, Sohie, Martina, Gholfro and Stephano, but every member of the staff were all fantastic. The whole hotel has been thought about and if you are looking for a 5 star adult only relaxing place, quiet and great value for money, this is the one you need to book.

Another great holiday at the El Mirador
We have just returned from yet another holiday at the El Mirador. As ever, Tiziana and the whole team at the hotel were excellent - nothing was too much trouble for them.

Beautiful Stay , our first visit
We are just home from the most wonderful stay at this magnificent hotel. Everything was perfection , the staff all very friendly and helpful. We can’t comment on dinner as we only had breakfast which was superb. If I could fault anything at all it would be that we got engaged whilst we were there which my partner made the hotel aware of , but there was nothing at all from the hotel total the occasion which I was hopeful of. Having worked in 5 star hotels , we always ensured that occasions such as these were celebrated with a little something from the hotel to make it even more memorable and to give it that extra touch, even a congratulations card would have been lovely. However , otherwise , we can’t fault our stay and we are already planning our next trip.

Another perfect holiday!
Just got back from our 6th visit to this wonderful hotel. It feels like going home 😊. As usual everything was perfect. We stayed in the star prestige area again which just gets better. It feels very special with plenty of space. The ice creams every afternoon were a lovely touch! The food in the hotel is absolutely delicious. So much choice. As usual though, what makes the hotel so fantastic is the amazing staff who just can’t do enough for you. Tiziana is the most incredible Manager. She knows every person in the hotel and greats you with a wonderful smile every day. Diana in the star prestige is absolutely amazing. She looks after everyone so well and will do everything to make your stay special. Also special thanks to the wonderful Stefano in the Pergola restaurant and the beautiful Leticia in the Mirador restaurant. We can’t wait to return next year. ❤️
