    Honestly the best Iberostar we have been to.

    We were torn if we should keep our reservation starting November 26th. After extensive research and soul searching we did. Let me tell you, top notch resort and the most exceptional people and food. Other Iberostar resorts in other countries should highlight their local cuisine as well as Jamaica. Given what this country has been through, it is inspirational. We spent most of our time on the beach. Special thanks to Donavon/Shelly - beach concierge and Melissa/Nickalia - our bartenders at the beach bar, thank you for the million steps. Our highlight meal was the Surf and Turf - Karen took excellent care of us, it was the only night we drank an entire bottle of wine with supper. Valentine - thank you for finding us daily (you should have been a detective). You are the finest ambassador we have experienced. You are truly engaged with your guests. We enjoyed our conversations and appreciated you handling all of our requests big and small. You personify what all Iberostar ambassadors should achieve. Marsha Lee - thank you for checking on us daily and answering all our questions and providing great insight. You are a true professional. Patrice (ME) - thank you for ensuring our stay is wonderful and thank you for great chuckles. Chad the beach man by waves - thanks for the laughs, I’ll come by tomorrow and check on you!     Post hurricane Melissa family getaway

    Iberostar Grand Rosehall is one of my favorite vacation spot in Jamaica. When i am at Iberostar I feel like I’m home away from home. The atmosphere is great, warm and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. The value for your money is great. Great food great drinks great entertainment. Iberostar is the place to be if you want to have a good time in Jamaica. Make this the hotel you book ahead for your vacation spot in Jamaica.❤️🇯🇲

    Post hurricane resort review

    Arrived yesterday at one of our favourite resorts in Jamaica, We were hesitant to come after the hurricane, but decided we needed to help out the people of Jamaica. Everything went extremely smooth from arrival at the airport to unpacking our suitcases. Check-in was a breeze, we told the receptionist what we were looking for in room location and she made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Our dinner last night at the steakhouse was probably one of the best we have ever had here. Other than the top of the tall palm trees missing you would hardly even know that a hurricane had passed through, the pools are beautiful crystal Clearwater the beach was gorgeous. They’re doing a few small repairs here and there and one of the main elevators in building five is out of commission, but as I would think the resort is only 30% full ,The elevator issue is not a problem now but could be in time when people start to return. We cannot say enough about the staff and how courteous and what an outstanding job they’re doing in all aspects. A special thank you to Smiley who has taken such good care of us. So bottom line the pros there are just too many to list, the cons, limited dining as there are not a lot of people here, but they have at least two restaurants open every night serving great food. So glad we came. Will do a complete review after we leave.

    Best hurricane I have had

    I loved all the staff they were excellent in navigating thru hurricane mellisa, the entertainment team with special shout out to Trini and pixie for keeping us busy thru the storm. The food was excellent as well and the drinks strong. Beautiful beach!
