I love the Kahala Spa. Such a beautiful serene setting and I love the staff!!! Everyone is so professional and friendly!! My esthetician on my recent visit was Saori. I can’t say enough about her expertise. I have never experienced such a soothing massage and facial. She is a top notch esthetician. I will be back for more spa experiences due to the exemplary atmosphere, staff and service! If you are in need of a relaxing massage and facial, try the Kahala Spa, it will be an experience that will reawaken your senses.

Wonderful Stay
The Kahala is a wonderful location for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu/Waikiki. The rooms are luxurious and well appointed. I was on the 9th floor with an ocean view. Daily housekeeping was wonderful. You do need transport and shops are not close by but the Valet parking was quick and efficient for about $US55 per day. Would definitely stay again.

I've been treasuring this hotel since I first visited in 1981, but unfortunately management is not keeping up on upkeep (tiles in the hot tub, dirty umbrellas on the terrace, cracks in the masonry) and the level of service is not anywhere near where it was; often slow, sometimes borderline rude. Also, they apparently allow inexpensive day passes to locals who have loud birthday parties with dozens of kids, which deprives one of the peace and quiet we're paying a lot to have. That's tacky. Last, in booking the staff did not speak understandable English and had a hard time. This shouldn't be the case at a hotel like this.

I had an amazing appointment here. Sayuri was my therapist and took excellent care of me. I would highly recommend this place!
