Oct 10, 2026A right choice if you want to relax.
My husband and I stayed at Kauai Shores Hotel for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. It was great: relaxing, friendly staff, a central location in Kapa'a for exploring the island, and the restaurant was right there on the beach.

Stay here
The location of this resort was excellent, just in the middle to be able to explore North and South. The room was cozy and very very clean, came with a mini fridge a grea balcony and amazing bathroom. We utilized the washer and dryer on premise as well as eating and drinking at Lava Lava. I highly suggest getting up and watching the sunrise from the swing on the beach. Great location next to the bike path and shops with entertainment, groceries and more. Overall the place had a great atmosphere, the staff was friendly (our greeting from Kaz when we would get back was our favorite, it felt like we were family). We have already scheduled another visit!

We stayed here with our tour group. It is a nice motel in a fantastic setting. Room was clean and well appointed. Staff was nice. We would visit again if in the area. Nice island. Close to shops and restaurants.

Loved it!
My adult daughter and I just stayed 3 nights this week. We loved it and will be back someday! Things we loved: lounge chairs on the beach, easy parking (and free valet parking available if needed), very friendly staff, cute and clean, photo booth, Lava Lava, close proximity to Mann places we wanted to go, and complimentary bikes! We used the bikes 2 days and had a ball with them! After our 3 nights here, we stayed 3 nights at Kōloa Landing Resort and if we had to pick our fav of the tel it would definitely be Kauai Shores!
