    Best place in cancun.

    Great hotel. Staff is awesome and very accommodating and food was incredible. Mario, Wilbert and Sergio did an excellent job making our trip a great experience!

    Busy Mom in need a break found an amazing respite!

    Wonderful experience returning to this hotel after the management change! Mario, George and Javier were just wonderful to us around the pool. Laundry service and the ladies in red did a wonderful job as well. And we had two amazing incredibly relaxing experiences at the Spa! All around leaving more relaxed than I’ve felt in years!

    Quiet resort on a beautiful beach

    Beautiful, quiet resort. But the vibe is more European than beachy. The food was great, but the staff truly made this stay exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond in the best possible way. Front desk let us use an empty room while we waited for ours to be made up. Concierge arranged everything we needed. Rangel took such great care of us at the beach, always making sure we had umbrellas and towels perfectly set up, and Ulises somehow made sure we were never hungry or thirsty. Housekeeping was also incredible. The warmth, attention, and care from the entire team made this an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back.

    Kempinski Cancun 2026

    We arrived at the end of December. This has been our third visit to the hotel. The experience was great from the doormen, to the front desk staff check in was smooth and quick. Our rooms were ready and impeccable. Clean and comfortable. The hotel is more traditional, but well maintained. Common areas and bathrooms spotless. The restaurants and pool were great. Food is great and service was quick. However what made this stay amazing are the staff. Ruben PR, Valentino concierge, Joel at the pool and buffet, Reynaldo a server at the pool, Manuel at the pool, Blanca at the Bar and Jose at the coffee bar. These staff made our stay truly enjoyable. They remember your preferences and are so very accommodating. That being said the rest of the staff at the hotel are all friendly and polite. I don't believe they ever said no to a request. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning soon.

    Best Beach in Cancun with top notch service!

    We loved everything about this hotel. Beach is beautiful. Luis and Rangel provided outstanding service daily. Dining service and housekeeping are also top notch. Perfect for a quick, relaxing getaway!
