Feb 17, 2026Beautiful inexpensive hotel in safe area
I had a very good time at this hotel. It is run professionally with very courteous staff who are always willing to help. My room was cosy and spacious and the common area offered a very beautiful surrounding and friendly atmosphere with intriguing paintings. Breakfast was very good and served at convenient times. The are is very safe. I would certrainly stay again.

Stayed here for 4 nights . The room was pretty comfy and spacious. Relatively clean and WiFi worked well. There was a Smart Tv in the room, but it wasn’t working with the app function, so couldn’t stream. Only downside is the service is bad at the restaurant.

Delightful experience
It only takes a five minute walk from the Tica bus terminal just around the corner and everything else is also walking distance. Arriving here was a pleasure. Staff were very polite, friendly and spoke to me in very good English. They managed to change some USD for me into local currency, sorted out which taxi apps I may need, ensured I was able to check out early on my final morning and had a lovely breakfast menu. Each member of the team was friendly and always smiling. The room was lovely too with some lovely furniture around the hotel too> this was definitely a good choice!

Lovely decor,near TiCA bus station
This place is very near TICA bus station, almost like 7 minute walk. Moat attractions are in 25-35 minutes walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly. I had an early morning bus, and one of the person walked me, almost half the distance to TICA bus. They also managed to get me some breakfast at wee hours. Cathedral is around 20-30 minutes walk. Wifi is strong across the hotel. Lotsa artifacts, room of arts etc can be seen in the hotel

High level of customer service
Beautiful hotel with a lot of art displays. Simple and clean room. Mostly importantly the amazing hotel staff. They are all so friendly and always with smile. They will go all the way to help you and make you feel like home. I have pre-booked a taxi for pick up at 4am however the driver didn’t show up. The guard walked with me all the way to the main road to get a taxi. Excellent customer service. Hearty breakfast and quick laundry turnover service. Highly recommended this place.
