Named for the popular Caribbean dish made of fresh greens, Callaloo is our casual midday eatery. Callaloo features salads, sandwiches, small plates, and local specialties, such as conch salad and grilled entrees. Callaloo is open daily for lunch.

A dinner at The Palms Restaurant is made unforgettable by the ambience – the silhouettes of palms, the canvas of colors as the sun dips into the ocean at the end of the day, and moonlit soft white sand beaches. This stylish yet casual restaurant features a romantic, open-air patio with a dramatic view of our ,arina. The menu changes seasonally and features a selection of meats, fresh fish and seafood cooked on the lava stone grill. The Palms is open for dinner only, Saturday through Thursday
