    Good Business Ethic

    The place is beautiful, we had a table ocean-view that was amazing. The fish was a bit dry and I didn't eat much of it. When we asked for the check I let the server, who was a woman which by the way (good for you Las Palmas to have female servers!), know. Within minutes she came back with a free glass of wine. I'll be honest, what a great business maneuver, and kudos to the manager. Because of that great move, I will be giving Las Palmas another opportunity and I may go back. My friend and I enjoyed the ambiance and the music. The server was great!

    Mexican fun

    Always room for improvement. Desk was trying to put us in a room we did not pay for. We went back & we had to push them to hurry up.

    Great Lady

    Karla from the entertainment is amazing. She’ll have you laughing while you’re working your butt off at aqua-size. She’ll teach you poker or black jack if you’re not familiar. Very personable and lovely lady.

    My 3rd time here, more to come!!

    I have been in this hotel 3 times already and the first time my couple proposed to me on the beach. Service is great! The people here are awesome Played blackjack with Karla and it was fun!! Ask for her every time you come!

    Fabulous dining, wonderful staff & dreamy view!

    We were enchanted by the delicious cuisine, a lovely atmosphere and elegant waiters at the Las Palmas dinner house on the terrace overlooking the tranquil Bahia de Banderas. Our Captain Carlos, along with a professional waiting team including Sergio, Cesar, and Chris, gave us a perfect table, made excellent dining recommendations, timed every course beautifully and made us feel like queens. We will return to this lovely hotel and wonderful restaurant whenever possible. This was a lovely dining experience in every way. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and highly recommend to anyone who loves great food, service and one of the most lovely views in the world.
